In America, you think there’s justice for all… But the hardest lesson I’ve learned is that you actually only get the justice you can afford. I’m married to a federal attorney and that has been a painful lesson for both of us. America needs to demand that our leaders amend the federal arbitration act, to demand that arbitrators follow the law. That doesn’t seem like a big ask, but right now they don’t have to. That’s something we have to change immediately.
