What all these work out doesn’t show you is a day to day life of a person that works 8 hours random shifts with a 2 year old and a wife to take care of.

Knock off the sugar and carbs with a good walk daily you’ll be fine.

You want to encourage people, show them the " Day 1 " videos. Sow people where you started, and THEN show them where you are. Showing the "after" shots the exercises you NOW can do doesn't do s*** for your basic beginner

#1 Stop eating sugars and juices. #2 Consume less calories than your body uses to survive. 1800-2200 men, 1200-1500 women #3 Have 5-6 meals a day to increase metabolism #4 1 gal water #5 If you do exercise (not required), make sure you consume the calories burned or you'll crash.
