Reaching the unreachable. These places aren’t just random spots on a map for me—this is where my mother’s side of the family is from. Yesterday I travelled through Ginger Hill, Merry Hill, Mahogany Hill, Claremont, Maybole, New Holland, and more. I truly wish I could have reached and provided...

—— #สวัสดีวิลเลี่ยมเอส #williamest #วิลเลี่ยมเอส the moment i found out they were paired together, i instantly fell for them and started exploring everything about them. their chemistry was so strong, it pulled me in right away. even though they’re a new couple and we started as a small fandom, but now more people are discovering them and the fandom continues to grow everyday. these two boys hold a special place in my heart and no one truly understands the impact they’ve had on me. they filled the emptiness i’ve carried my whole life, pulling me out of the darkness and giving me the strength to keep going. words can’t fully capture the love i have for them. i’m just so grateful they have each other. please don’t hurt them — if they’re sad, i’ll feel their sadness too. you can’t imagine how precious they are to me. i will love and cherish them endlessly. from now on, i hope they continue to grow and thrive. i’ll always be here to support them, no matter what. i want to see them succeed in everything they do — their careers, dreams, and any part of their journey. no matter what happens, i’ll always have their backs. i will love and support them for who they are, through both the tough and joyful times. for williamest, just do whatever makes you happy and live your best life. there are so many people who love, support, and will always protect you. you’ve worked so hard and come so far, so don’t let negativity bring you down. focus on the ones who truly care about you and appreciate everything you do. you deserve all the happiness in the world. we’re here for you, cheering you on every step of the way. love you both <3 🎸🦈

Jackson Wang - Ending Ment #GOT7_NESTFEST_Day2 "Hello, this is Jackson. They (members before him) talked for some time. Today is the second day and I said everything I wanted to say yesterday, still, I'll say it again. (...) In this world... I've gone through a lot. I've debuted as GOT7 and also did solo activities. But in reality… To be honest, I've met a lot of people and worked with a lot of people too. It was very dynamic. Also I've met a lot of baby dogs (not positive). But babies don't think of themselves as babies. Just like bad people don't think of themselves as bad. That is life. That is reality. I'm sure you agree in many ways. After meeting many people, these 6 people are really the purest people I have met in my life. For example, even if I get close with other artists. I’m confused if I’m close to them or their fans or their team. I wonder about those things. But as I’m carrying on with my life, when I’m reflecting back on myself. We’ve all grown up together with each other from when we had nothing, from day one. There is no one like these people. I really wanted to tell you guys this. Likewise, you all have your own lives and I don’t wish for anything big. I don’t want to say things like “don’t leave us,” but just want to say that in your daily lives I wish that we can give you guys happiness. That means the most to us. We may all be in different companies but we will get together every now and then, and make you all happy. This is all I want to say to our fans. Ya, we just want to say, we seven, and as individuals- I started off everything in Korea. Thank you so much for allowing me to debut and allowing me to put out albums. 🙏 This has been Jackson.” #GOT7_NESTFEST #GOT7

🫂💚I'm Walid and I love animals, especially #cats.🐈 Before this war, I spent years caring for stray cats in Gaza. I built a shelter for them and took sick cats to the vet. But about a year ago, when the bombs fell, my shelter was partly destroyed, and so many of the cats I cared for were killed. It broke my heart. Now, I’m doing what I can to help the cats who survived this war so far. Some are strays, but as the war continues, more and more are pets who lost their humans, their homes and safety. They roam the streets of North Gaza, hungry and scared, just like so many of us people. I’m also trying to rebuild what’s left of my shelter for the cats who did survive the bombing, but it’s not easy. I need food for the cats in my care and for the ones still out there. During the ceasefire, my friends and I ran the Cruelty-Free Kitchen. We served warm meals to thousands of families. During the ceasefire my friends and I started helping eight families who are living in tents, with no proper shelter or clean water. We also distribute water in our neighbourhood. Every day is a struggle, but we do what we can to share what little we have. Life in 💔#Gaza🇵🇸 is unimaginably hard, but I haven’t given up. I believe there are kind-hearted people out there who can help—people who care about animals and people, just like me and my friends. If you can, please support my efforts to feed these cats and help these families. Every bit of help makes a difference. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do for us.🙏🐈 🫂🥺🆘️ 🐾🐈

After seeing so many posts and confusion about the Manikarnika Ghat Temple Demolition issue, I thought of visiting myself to check if it is actually happening on the ground. The complete video is on YouTube, but I will summarise the whole situation for the readers. Temple destroyed? Idols thrown into garbage? No. As per my interactions and the footage I found, there was no temple. Although some very old historical structures were there, which had idols of Ahilya Bai Holkar. The same can be seen in the footage from before the renovation process started. The idols have been handed over to the concerned departments so that they can be placed back afterwards. Why was it necessary? Crowd, cleanliness, and mismanagement. Within just a few hours, I saw many people arriving with their loved ones mortal remains for cremation, and they were facing crowd and management issues. As the numbers increased, people were literally waiting for the cremation process with almost no facilities such as toilets, food, or even a place to sit. This becomes a serious problem during rains and when the Ganga water level rises. So it was necessary to make things smoother, as it is their loved ones last rite. The piling of firewood on narrow roads made crowd management even worse. But people on the ground seem to be very angry. What about that? Yes, people are angry because they want things to be done properly, such as the handling of idols and their re establishment. However, a good number of people are misinformed and believe that the demolition drive will be carried out throughout the ghat. Those who know that this is not true are just fine and are working normally, as they do every day on the ghat. What do most of the locals think about this demolition or renovation? As far as my interactions go, I found most people positive about the renovation. They themselves spoke about these issues, which were affecting them every single day. I hope I covered most of the points.

.Nathaniel E Burleson: “Your parents were there, your husband was there, your daughter to support you on Saturday. What was it like being rushed off the stage? Being backstage while they were still out there and waiting?” Weijia Jiang: “Nate, it was terrible. You’re right. I was wearing many hats, chief among them, mother and daughter and wife, and so when I went in the back and I could see the monitors of the crowd, I immediately looked for them in their table, and I was asking, anybody who would hear me, what happened? Is anybody hurt? Is there a threat? Is there someone in the ballroom? And, you know, it was almost like I was just talking to myself, but begging for answers, not only for me, but for everyone in the room who I wanted to get answers for. But that was a very difficult additional layer, obviously, because my family was right there, and I wanted to make sure that they were safe. That’s how everybody felt in the room, and at the same time, I had a duty as head of the Association to try to provide a sense of calm, to make sure there wasn’t panic in the time.” Gayle King: “Weija, you did that very well. I know Frankie is only seven. How did you explain this to her? Briefly, what did you tell her? Because they must have been terrified watching you rush off the stage that way.” Major Garrett Garrett: Yes.” King: “Your mom is on her knees. Yes.” Jiang: “Yes, she was very scared. But, you know, we had a few conversations about how most of the people in this world, almost everybody in this world, are good people, and when there are bad people, there are also police and law enforcement and people there to keep us safe, which is exactly what happened, and we are deeply, deeply grateful for all of those men and women in uniform who did keep us safe and put their lives on the line to make sure almost 3,000 people in that ballroom went home that night.” Burleson: “Well said, Weijia.” Garrett: “Weijia, nobody could have done it better than you. Thank you.”

These two young women were out for a jog, they decided to stop at their local Starbucks for a drink of water. Starbucks has a new policy that they won’t even give you a free tap water unless you buy something. The young women were outraged that they would deny them water, do you agree they did it to stop abuse or is it just greed? Quite recently I was at a fast food place and the solution they have is quite brilliant. The fountain machine has a scanner on it, the cups have barcodes. The cups barcodes are only good for about 30 minutes and the water cups when you scan it only works on water. So people can’t ask for water cups anymore and fill it with soda or anything else they didn’t pay for. I’ve seen people complain about it but let’s be real, they are only complaining because now they can’t steal the sodas they didn’t want to pay for. I’ve worked in restaurants for a good chunk of my life and I have rarely seen people actually drink water while there. That’s why I know it could just all be a scam. Even in my last post I mentioned how parents were teaching their kids to steal the sodas. Others complain that it’s the restaurant being greedy, and in some instances I’m sure that could be the case. But I know everyone that is reading this post has seen what I’m talking about. Then the same people that are stealing complain why the price of food and drinks go up to combat the loss revenue. In a perfect world where people don’t steal, it would be fine but for now I think this is where we are headed.
