@boardui the genie effect detail is such a fun touch, most kanban templates never bother with polish like that

@boardui Very clean, but open new ticket window close to that button, i dont want to move mouse all over screen somewhere towards the bottom.

@boardui The part that usually bites in kanban templates is keyboard dragging: a board that only responds to mouse drags breaks for anyone navigating by keyboard. dnd-kit covers it decently once you wire up the live region announcements.
