When you dig deep into Chelsea's problems, you realize that both the manager and the players are primarily not Chelsea's problem. Everything started to turn upside down since Todd Boehly took over. Chelsea handed over a team that had conquered Europe and the world. The team won the UCL, European Super Cup, and Club World Cup. They were currently in the top 4 when Todd Boehly took over, and they were also playing in the UCL. The owners rushed through too many processes, they changed so many things in the space of a few days, weeks, or months. They are primarily responsible for today's horrendous state of Chelsea.
