Spot on, Rory. Small point I would add is that our 150th anniversary commemoration was an after-match, after-thought game against a pub team - dressed up as some showpiece period drama. Embarrassing. It was an opportunity to create a feelgood factor and they failed massively.

In his 1st interview in Portugal (why?) talking about reviewing the recruitment department after the window closed - why not asap? Meeting fans at end of October - thats a task he should have done in first couple of weeks. Then the pathetic excuses in the interview. Worrying.

Agree 100% with you Rory on all points made. Worrying times. I'd take administration if it means this lot leave. Even the most loyal supporters have their limits and those limits are fast being reached.

Totally agree Rory, if you accept a job you accept its role and its responsibilities and you become accountable for them: so yes SC good to talk do soon, but not good to blame everybody else and to to take no personal responsibility for what was a shocking transfer window
