One of the most exciting things I’ve had the chance to work on has been integrating `react-native-teleport` into `screen-transitions`. v3.9 introduces a new handoff prop to seamlessly teleport boundary payloads between each other. Pretty happy with it so far! Here’s how it looks with the new zoom transition in v3.9

We built this onboarding flow in React Native that feels better than most native apps Here’s how we did it: ① Patched react-native-screens for a custom transition ② Button and stepper are rendered on top of the stack ③ Synced button state across screens via context The button and header are positioned absolutely above the stack. When a screen focuses, it updates the shared button state (text, disabled state) via context The hardest part is keeping the keyboard open during screen transitions. We solved it with hidden TextInputs that get focused programmatically before navigating The result: one button flows across every screen and surfs the keyboard

A Mobile app that uses Deepseek and Gemini I used Cursor and the React Native template built that makes building mobile apps incredibly easy. Tomorrow I'm releasing a full tutorial on how to create a mobile app with react native. Ok, my mind is blown with Replit Agents. I started using it because I was bored on a train ride a couple of days ago. So today I tried to build a Trello clone and build a fully functional app in like 45 mins. I showed it to a few people in the office and the guy is like "I should quit my job." He built a stock tracking app in 2 mins and added a few features he wanted. I can't imagine the world being the same in 10 years if software writing could be supercharged like this. Replit has really hit it out of the park. I don't need ChatGPT now. I'll just build apps in Replit. I'm a fan and a convert.
