We already know there was an altercation before they came to police station Nothing in these videos justifies a) not filing FIR b) illegal detention c) stripping d) molestation e) sexual assault This is counter propaganda by the state and police.

India men are stupid simps. A woman comes and sobs in front of camera and all their heartstrings go loose and they believe every word without thinking. We need to first investigate and find out what has happened. There are lots of women making false allegations these days.

Army officer is trying to protect her ji not stop her !! Also , He was right - He was one and how many men do you count in the video who were man handling them ?? Iam not giving a clean chit to anyone here but please do not write stuff which is overtly not true ! The video is clear evidence that it was one officer his female companion and 7/8 aggressive men who were trying to manhandle them. also, I have one pertinent legat ? to ask you was a breath anyser test done fofr all these other “peaceful men “ Even if Ankita and Her fiance had consumed alchohol that is separate traffic violation not a ticket fot people and police to lock him up ??

Dear General V K Singh Ji, In Bhubaneswar city, an Army officer and his fiancée consume 10 pegs of liquor and drive a car in the mid of night around 2 am, indulge in a brawl with engineering students around 2-30 am, and then land up in Bharatpur Police Station creating ruckus inside the police station, so much so that the PS staff had to seek help of PCR. When sent to hospital for medical examination and blood test which is the standard protocol of investigation, they refused. Here👇is a video clip for you to make your own judgement about the Army officer and his 'lady' fiancée? You may also obtain more video footage of CCTV cameras of the incident which are available in social media. Odisha Police has more than 600 Police Stations and they together register and investigate about 2 lakh cases annually. Lakhs of people visit Police Stations including women and Army officers to report their grievances or seek help. It is not that they misbehave with people visiting police stations. Sir, we, the Indian Police, respect and honour our Military because that is the last resort in defending the country from external enemies. A reciprocation from Military towards Police which defends the country from internal enemies, is a normal expectation. Our work is complementary as we together protect the country from within and without. Sir, it is not done that you, having been a Chief of Army Staff (COAS) and later a Central Minister, jumped to conclusion and castigated Odisha Police for the drunken brawl and uncouth behaviour of an Army officer and his fiancée, and Odisha Police officers were not even at fault. But I would not chastise the Indian Army by asking, “Is this the kind of discipline that the Indian Army imparts and inculcates in its officers?”. Because an individual’s aberration does not represent an esteemed institution. Finally, I request you to your good offices and ask the COAS to take this Army Officer to task for his conduct unbecoming of a soldier, and for besmirching the fair name of the Indian Army. This dude unloads on cop in a who is in the right type situation. We are in Adam's county PA where a Law Enforcement Ranger pulls over a man because he is saying he could not see his tag. By the officers own admission he was able to see the tag as he got closer but proceeded with the stop. As per usual the officer asks for ID and the man in truck went to work on this officer telling him this is an illegal stop as no crime has been committed so he is not required to provide ID. Through out the interaction he asks the officer if he is free to go and the officer doubles down on detainment. However at the same time when asked the officer was not able to articulate a crime. The man also asked for a sergeant and the officer never compiled by getting a supervisor on scene which honestly would have been the best move. There are two ways to look at this interaction. The eyes of the officer: The officer calmly maintains that the traffic stop is entirely lawful. In the United States, law enforcement needs reasonable suspicion to initiate a traffic stop. An obscured license plate or illegally dark window tint satisfies that standard in almost every jurisdiction. Furthermore, once a lawful traffic stop is initiated, a driver is legally required to produce a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration. The driver's perspective: The driver claims that his tags are legit and the officer was able to see that when he ran them. He argues that because the ranger claimed at first he could not see the tags but now he can as he approached the vehicle. Since the officer admitted he can now see the tags and there is no problem with the tags, the initial stop was "erroneous" and constitutes an illegal search and seizure. He also details a personal grievance with local law enforcement, claiming a local district attorney and police officers have been "terrorizing" him. What is your take on this stop? Was this a case of an officer error where with the cop trying to save face by digging for a reason for the stop, or was this a legal stop and this officer deserves praise for staying calm while dealing with this man's outbursts? Share your thoughts below.
