Pakistan Navy demonstrated its operational readiness and combat preparedness through a comprehensive exercise in the North Arabian Sea, showcasing both conventional and unmanned capabilities, as per dictates of evolving naval warfare ⚓ 🇵🇰 The exercise included: - Firing of LY-80[N] Surface to Air Missile [SAM] from Vertical Launching System at extended range. - Engagement of surface targets using Loitering Munition [LM]. - Successful open-sea trials of Unmanned Surface Vessel [USV] were also conducted, marking a significant leap in autonomous naval technology. The trials validated the platform’s ability to combine high-speed performance with mission-critical durability. Key capabilities demonstrated include extreme maneuverability, precision navigation and weather resilience. USV offers a low-risk, high-impact solution with the stealth of a tactical interceptor.

Deputies quickly located him in the water, brought him safely aboard, and provided first aid. Thanks to a coordinated effort with Hillsborough County Fire Rescue, he was transferred to their vessel for further medical care. From land to water, our deputies are always ready to help.

Fire onboard MV #MarlinLuanda brought under control Based on request from Master of the MV, the fire fighting team from #INSVisakhapatnam comprising 10 Indian Naval personnel with specialist fire fighting equipment embarked the vessel in early hours of #27Jan 24. After six hours of battling the fire along with the crew of the MV, the fire fighting team has successfully brought the fire under control. The team is currently monitoring the situation to rule out any possibility of reignition. #INSVisakhapatnam had responded to distress call from MV #MarlinLuanda & proceeded to provide assistance. A US & French warship also responded to the distress call. #IndianNavy remains steadfast in her commitment towards safety of merchant shipping & seafarers.

Rinderknecht is allegedly the one that started a fire in Palisades on New Year's Day with illegal fireworks. Though it was thought to be extinguished by LAFD, it rekindled days later to create the devastating Palisades Fire.

🚒 Structure Fire Assist – Quick Actions Make a Difference🔥 On Wednesday, July 24, CAL FIRE LNU responded to assist Lakeport Fire District with a residential structure fire. In this video, you'll see Engine 1468 from CAL FIRE LNU’s Kelsey-Cobb station arriving on scene and moving in to support firefighting efforts. As the engine 1468’s Fire Captain approached the structure, he spotted nearby vegetation starting to catch fire. Without hesitation, the Fire Captain and his crew quickly shifted focus and knocked down the flames before they could spread further. This incident highlights the importance of continuous training and adaptability. Firefighters must be ready to shift gears at a moment’s notice—from battling a structure fire to stopping a vegetation fire in its tracks. 👏 Great work by the Kelsey-Cobb crew and all responding personnel!

VCFD along with LA County Fire and CAL FIRE are on scene of a brush fire south of the 126 FWY, east of Piru. The fire is currently reported at 50 acres with a moderate rate of spread in medium fuels and located in steep terrain with difficult access. Firefighters are aggressively working from the air and ground to attack the fire. Multiple fixed wing aircraft and helicopters are assigned to the incident along with over 100 firefighters assigned to the incident. Evacuation warnings have been issued for areas east of Lake Piru to the Los Angeles County line. Residents are encouraged to follow for the latest updates on evacuations.
