Am having same issue of not able to load unit. Meter nos : 07131629664

KCT 1 and 2 is the first line in the attached. However, you must have loaded the KCTs in the right order (key in KCT 1; 20 digits and press enter. Key in KCT 2; 20 digits and press enter ) before proceeding to load your recharge tokens which is the 2nd,3rd and 4th line. FZ

please what is the status of my earlier complaint regarding a token of 10,000 which failed to load after I did a KCT update? My meter number is 0207220176144.

I have been trying to load since yesterday. I bought unit via my Gtbank App and I was sent the KCT 1&2 code and the token i purchased. However, after inputing the KCT1 and KCT2 followed by the token, I got a reject msg on the meter. Please help, what am I supposed to do.
