The PNR # PN63VL for CCU TO PAT and the departure time was 6pm but it was preponed to 5:50pm and they did not allow me to board the flight and they claimed that Airlines has sent me sms but there was no sms. I need refund as they didn't allow me to board.

I've called the airlines umpteen times to clarify if I need an OKTB for my 1.5 year old son who has an ECR passport. There's no unanimity as one person from the airline tells me to get an OKTB while the other says it isn't required for a baby. Can you pls help me urgently??
