The year was 1971. Before Donnie joined in, they were called "The Osmond Brothers" and then "The Osmonds" once Donnie became a front singer for the group. This is them singing their song Yo Yo on The Flip Wilson Show! This family group were known as "the one take" Osmonds. While it was a badge of honor that they as entire family enterprise took seriously and the watchful eye of patriarch, it was also spoken about in later years by Jay Osmond and Merrill Osmond that the title also carried a immense emotional burden and intense psychological pressure to maintain absolute perfection at a very young age. Because of time constraints of how TV was filmed, they were expected to get the job done right in one take! Jon Bernthal says he accidentally punched a real criminal on set, during a fight scene on the set of ‘We Own This City’ and genuinely tried to knock him out on camera. “We’re out there shooting this scene, and these are all stunt guys that I used to f*** with on The Punisher. I know all these guys.” Then Bernthal spotted somebody unfamiliar charging at him. “Now there’s this guy running at me with these fing dreadlocks. I’m like, ‘Who’s this fing clown?’” “Sure enough, he just throws a f***ing right hand. I felt it cut my face.” Bernthal immediately swung back. “If he’s gonna take a swing at me, I’m gonna take a swing at him… so I just like wabow and I hit him with this right hand.” After the scene ended, the man walked up and hugged him. “He goes, ‘Yo dog, you a real one, man, you a real one.’” Then Bernthal noticed police officers chasing him before the guy suddenly ran off. “He just happened to be running by and was like, ‘Yo, I’m gonna go knock that motherf***er out on TV.’”

Cam’ron couldn’t stop laughing after telling a DMX story about when they were staying at the same hotel and DMX invited everyone to come watch his dog fight a raccoon like it was the biggest event of the year 😭💀 “I’m like, how do you know where the raccoon gonna be at at 7:30? And how did you set this match up with your dog and a raccoon where all parties gonna be available?… Next day he said, ‘Yo, where you was at?… He f-cked him up.’” 🤣
