We live in a country where the highest 0.01% and the lowest 10% are exempt from following the law. The 90% in the middle are crushed by those in government who want to be part of the 0.01%, but never will be. Riot and burn down a police precinct? No biggie. Trigger a global economic crisis because you’re trying to hide the fact you were illegally funding gain of function virus research? No big deal. Construct a building 1/2” onto a public easement? You’re fined thousands of dollars and driven to bankruptcy by courts ordering you to demolish your new building. This will not, CANNOT last much longer.

So, moral of the story is VIDEO YOURSELF AT ALL TIMES. Otherwise it’s your word against corrupt LEOs. The LEO would NEVER have given the ticket IF he was honest. He only changed course after he realized the fisherman had his own video. Sad day when honesty & integrity has become foreign to some.

Had a DNR officer pass me on a trail once, miles in the woods. He asked what I was doing. I replied "walking". He detained me, He asked if I had a fishing license. I did, but no fishing gear on me what so ever. He went thru my hiking bag, and let me go. Imagine the mental gynmastics thatsomeone has to do to justify approaching a grown ass man, that's simply walking in public woods, miles in the wilderness, and proceeding to dig thru his bag. Just because you can! Government tyrants. If you dont have a hunting or fishing license, get one. They afford you more rights in a lot of states.

The Fish cop was wrong but you'll notice how the gentleman acted and didn't turn the stop into some massive problem. He did it right. Take the ticket, fight it later. He didn't chimp out and make his life 100x worse. There are a lot of people who could learn from this video.

Shady ass game wardens every year I go paddle fishing you can see the game wardens back in the trees with binocular spying on people trust me that guy wasn’t recording. He would’ve got the ticket.

I've had a similar situation, cop pulls me over for 60 in a 45, I knew I never exceeded 45. I was chill about it and just said that's fine I have it all on my dash cam. I'll review it later. No problem. He comes back with my license and tells me have a nice day.

This is why you need to record. The cop realized in court the video would show the man was innocent. Making him look real retarded.

So the cop issued a ticket after making the statement "I have you on camera" and then refusing to show that evidence...

Dude cop should have checked b4 he wrote thr ticket, sounds like he listened to someone else than realized fusherman is recording everything and the cop either didnt really have video or was lazy and never checked b4 issuing ticket.

If the guy didn’t have cameras, the ranger would’ve upheld the ticket.
