@realBearish News flash. The person buying the house paid for everything. The seller took the money the buyer gave them and paid the commission. Concessions are a discount off the list price but are still paid by the buyer.

lol no. Look some agents do a great job and work their tail off. I have bought, sold, built several different homes and the agents make out like bandits from basically filing paperwork. All realtor fees are negotiable.. I’ll pay 3% for both agents max. Otherwise I’ll do it myself.

@realBearish Cost of homes has skyrocketed, while the amount of work to sell a house is the same or less. Percentage based pay makes no sense. They don't need 2-3 times as much to sell a house as they got 5 years ago.
