The breast milk changes in colour based on - Diet - how long one has been breast feeding - Health status of the mother. - Level of hydration of the mother. This is not new

Breast milk is also effective in combating germs 🦠 and infection. No wonder it’s encouraged over formula (breast milk substitutes). GOD IS GREAT!

This is why they advise breastfeeding mums not to be sad or get angry all the time..…cause they can give the child “sad breast milk” which can alter the baby’s mood or hormones at that moment

Interesting this just came up in my feed. I just read a huge write up on the same subject in Facebook. Far less studies in breast milk than they deserve since big corporations want women to stay in the workplace and use formula.
