🚨Hazardous Weather Update from the NCEM Weather Team 🚨 ⚠️The threat of numerous flash floods has increased for northeastern portions of NC Wednesday and portions of central and eastern NC Thursday. ❗️A rare moderate risk for flash flooding in these areas has been introduced by the National Weather Service. ⛈️The threat for isolated severe storms remains in place for much of NC Wednesday afternoon and evening. The primary impacts will be damaging wind gusts and locally heavy downpours.
