Flows seamlessly from the end of Act 1, and all of Act 2's gameplay improvements apply retroactively to Act 1

🚨 BORDERLANDS ONLINE UPDATE 🚨 This has been a long time coming, but with Borderlands 4 right around the corner I want to bring everyone up to speed on where we are before the game launches. We're still in the process of getting missions, combat, and much more working. However as you can see in this video, stuff like localization, NPCS, and overall entry into the game has had massive progress made.
