We are open :) Praana Cat Rehabilitation and Adoption centre. (Near yelchenhalli metro station) Our 24/7 helpline number : 91088 19998 When I was 11 years old, I met my first love, an indie pup, Gunda. Gunda is my Praana. A couple of years ago my lil Gunda became a star in the sky, I couldn’t kiss him, or hug him or feed him anymore, he left a hole in my heart that I couldn’t fill. That’s when I made a promise to him that I was going to love, feed and look after all the animals around me. I realised, that not only did I see him in every animal that I loved, but i felt his love from every animal that I helped. This love i received helped fill the hole in my heart, it has helped my heart feel complete again, and helps my heart grow with every animal I help. But I wanted more... so, I had to give more… which is why I started the Praana Animal Foundation. :) Today, we launch The Praana Rehabilitation and Adoption Centre for cats. The first structure I have ever physically built. I want to thank every person and animal that helped us to achieve this milestone. I can’t tell if I’m crying or smiling, my heart is full, I hope you are happy, my Gunda. This, of course, wouldn’t have been possible without help from Tekion , thanks for believing in Praana and believing that we can make a better world for all animals. Your collaboration, love and investment is why we are here today. 🤍 Thank you #Gunda #Kumbha #Layla for everything 😘

So... he almost gave up? 🐼:Actually, I’m a lot like Pond. I’m someone who really loves going to concerts. Many fans probably know that, and my friends definitely do. I have to admit that there were many times when I would watch a concert and think to myself, “One day, I want to be on that stage and perform for everyone.” And today, that day has come. It’s a strange feeling. It’s like a dream I’ve been chasing since I was a child. When the day comes that it actually happens, it’s such a strange feeling because I don’t even know how to explain it to the people in front of me. But one thing I do know is that I feel incredibly lucky to have everyone here watching me. This is a profession, something I never thought I would actually do. Honestly, I always thought it would just be a dream because I’ve always tried to live in the real world. I knew that the chance to have an opportunity like this in the real world is… 00000000,1% of the population. So I focused on studying. I planned out my life what I wanted to do, how I would live and this was just a hobby. My friends know me well; I told them this back in my first year of university. Everyone knows me as a GMMTV artist and actor, with some work here and there. And everyone asked me, "Why are you worrying about this?" With confidence, I replied, “I’m studying because when I graduate, I’ll stop doing this and get a proper job maybe in a bank, a firm, or an IT company.” One thing my parents have always told me since I started in the entertainment industry is: "If you really want to do this, why not take it seriously? Don’t just do it for fun. If you want to do it for real, plan it. Think about what you want to do, and how to do it well." I had always refused… until one day, in my third year, I was sitting in a friend’s condo while they were writing their résumé to apply for jobs just preparing a portfolio so they’d have work after graduation. Then my friend asked me, "Hey, have you started your CV yet?" Okay… now I had to get serious. I opened my own schedule, and what I saw was… strange. Looking at it, I realized, “Wow… I’ve been doing this without even realizing it.” My schedule, from the 1st to the 31st of August, was almost fully booked. For the first time, I thought to myself, “Maybe I can actually do this… all the way, even when I’m old.” And from that day in 2023 until today, in 2025, I am truly grateful to everyone for giving me the opportunity to do this as a real profession, to chase my dreams for real, and to actually make them happen. Grateful. That’s the first word that came to mind as I left Dick Vitale’s home in Florida after presenting him with the Society of Professional Journalists’ “Fellow of the Society” honor, the highest recognition our organization bestows. Dickie V is unable to attend our national conference in October, so we spent today recording an acceptance video and taking photos to commemorate the occasion. He also loved the seven-page feature Q&A I did with him for SPJ’s Quill magazine. Grateful to have grown up in an era when Dick Vitale was redefining basketball broadcasting. His unmatched energy, larger-than-life personality and unmistakable charisma informed, engaged and entertained millions of fans while helping shape the modern sports television landscape. Grateful to Dick and his wonderful wife, Lorraine, for welcoming me into their beautiful home. I found myself just as captivated by the lifetime of memories displayed on their walls, photos, awards and keepsakes, as I was by the conversation we shared. He also asked her to record the video on this post and posted it before I did! Grateful to serve as National President of the Society of Professional Journalists and to advocate every day for press freedom, ethical journalism, impactful storytelling and the values this historic organization has championed for more than a century. As my presidency comes to a close on October 1, I’m cherishing every meeting, lecture, event, phone call and email that allows me to serve our incredible members and this important mission. There’s much more I’d love to share about my visit with Dickie V, but I’ll save those for my next SPJ Quill blog. Awesome, baby! ❤️🏀 🙏🏻

Today, I say goodbye to a place that, for five seasons, was much more than a club. It was my home, my challenge and the place where my family and I built such an important part of our lives. I leave with a heart full of memories and enormous pride for everything we lived and achieved together. When I arrived, I had a clear dream: to leave my name in this club’s history. I knew the only way was through hard work, sacrifice and achieving something that had seemed so difficult for so long: lifting a trophy again. **And we did it.** The journey wasn’t perfect, but I don’t want that to define my goodbye. I choose to remember the happy moments, the lessons, the people who stood by me and, above all, the love I received during these five years. Thank you to everyone at the club who shared this journey with me. Coaches, teammates, staff and every person working behind the scenes you are all part of my story and have a place in my heart. And to the fans: Thank you for loving me, respecting me and making me feel like one of you from day one. Thank you for every hug, every song, every flag, every applause and for always being there. I know I wasn’t perfect, but one thing gives me peace: I always gave everything. I defended this shirt with pride and with all my heart. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING I’m leaving the club, but a part of my heart will always remain here. Once I was one of you. Today, I leave as one of you forever. With all my love and respect. Thank you for everything. And goodbye Tottenham Hotspur 🤍

⭐️: What am I into these days? These days? These days, I kind of just… I think I’m living in a sort of "no‑thoughts" state. I don’t really have emotional ups and downs, just… I'm calm. I kind of, I don’t really know my feelings these days. It’s not like my emotions are going up and down a lot or anything, but then, when I met a friend of mine and we talked I realized I actually have more worries than I thought. But I also wonder if I just didn’t have the space to talk about them. So, on one hand... I don’t know if I have a lot of worries or if I just don’t have thoughts. With work, work is busy too but sometimes I even wonder if I’m actually busy. Because when you do so many schedules… you don’t really feel it. Like, maybe I am really busy but I just can’t feel it. No, It’s not a slump. It’s pretty far from a slump. A slump is when work doesn’t go well and doing things feels hard, but I’m not like that. When I work, it’s fun and exciting, I just don’t really have emotional highs and lows. So I wonder if maybe this is actually a good thing? That’s how it is. I don’t think you need to worry about this, but actually, I did have a lot of worries and concerns… I just didn’t realize I was worrying about them? Yeah. "Maybe it’s because you haven’t had much time to take care of yourself?" No, but I think I’m actually the type who takes care of myself pretty well. Ah, recently I’ve been going to the sauna alone pretty often and I’ve had some time to think while doing that. No, wait thinking about it, even when I go to the sauna I just sit there without thinking. I think I just space out. I wonder if it’s because I’ve gotten used to this work now. "Maybe your brain just wants to rest." That also feels right. No but, compared to before being thoughtless/empty-minded actually seems better, compared to when I had so many thoughts I couldn’t sleep. Now I sleep with my legs stretched out (idiom, it means to sleep comfortably), yes. Maybe it’s because things feel stable, yes. My relationship with the members is really good and I feel a lot of satisfaction with the work I do, and since ATINY always show me support so strongly by my side, somehow I wonder if that’s why I don’t have emotional highs and lows. #SEONGHWA #성화

For those who aren't on Facebook and who might be wondering why I haven't been posting much on this platform over the past month... It's hard to believe that one month ago today, Mom was called Home to spend eternity with our Heavenly Father. The past month has been a whirlwind and such a roller-coaster of emotions. Grief is a strange thing. While it's comforting to know Mom is in a much better place, watching my Dad grieve her so deeply has not been easy. I have spent every waking hour at his house this past month to help him with everything that needed to be taken care of. One thing I have learned from all of this is how ill-prepared I am as far as preparing all the necessary arrangements for when God calls me Home. I need to get on that as soon as possible. As today is Mother's Day, this is the first one I had to celebrate without my Mom. I have been blessed to live so close to my parents for the past several years which enabled me to celebrate Mother's Day with her and my Dad every year. Becoming a mother to my son, Josh in 2003, made Mother's Day all the more special, being able to celebrate with him and my Mom. I had been wanting to create a video tribute to Mom for the past month but have had so much to do that I decided to wait to create this in her honor for Mother's Day using my Dad's recording of the song, "Jean"... ...for his Jeanne Marie... ...for my Mom. Happy Heavenly Mother's Day, Mom! I love you and miss you so much, it hurts. Thank you for loving me unconditionally and for all the sacrifices you made leaving your own family in Taiwan to raise and take care of our family here in America. I'm doing all I can to take care of Dad for you now. ❤️ Happy Mother's Day to all Moms both here today and in Heaven. 🙏❤️

JOONGDUNK PRAEW PODCAST #DearMyselfxJoongDunk : so can i ask this—after working together and going through both good and bad times, hardships, happiness, and success and embracing all of that as JoongDunk… how does being “JoongDunk” feel to you both now? 🌻if you ask me right now i’d say it feels really good. we understand each other more now. of course there were times when we didn’t understand each other we just talk things out—like what the other person this khun (🌞) doesn’t like and then i simply don’t do those things. for me i’m not someone who wants to have problems with anyone in the first place. so if i know he doesn’t like something i simply won’t do it. and honestly it goes both ways—we share what we don’t like and then adjust to meet each other halfway 🌞what JoongDunk is today huh? it has changed a lot. there have been many versions many eras. in the early days we were just two innocent kids who didn’t think much. but now we’ve grown up—we’ve been through a lot together. there was even a time - we’ve been at a point where we almost breaking up… there was a time when it felt like we couldn’t go on together - like it was going to end for sure — 100%. but in the end, we have to thank the seniors and the adults around us—we were lucky to have people guiding us : and today how much do you rely on each other—in work and in life? 🌻it’s to the point that we can’t even count the days we don’t see each other We see each other almost every day—especially lately. it’s basically every day now. it’s become a habit, but that’s exactly what can make us careless 🌞when we’re that close and see each other all the time sometimes we don’t realize that the things we do unintentionally might hurt the other person. so the closer we are the more we have to care there was a time when we had to sit down and make a deal about this. cause we got so used to working and being together we stopped greeting each other. like, we’d come to work, walk past each other - sit doing makeup spacing out… and then we realized “hey this isn’t okay” so we made a rule: from now on whenever we come to work, you have to hug me once or say hi or touch me—something to let me know “ i’m here” It’s just a small rule but it makes everything better 🌻and same when leaving—we have to say goodbye like “see you” 🌞you can leave first that’s fine but you have to tell me first “please tell me”

**Y'all, we need to have a real talk about what's happening in the North Carolina mountains after Hurricane Helene.** . First off, if you have family or friends up there or headed that way, *please* let them know looting is on the rise. Just yesterday, a sheriff told me to make sure anyone out there is carrying—*with the safety off.* These folks aren’t all bad—they’re desperate, because in some of these communities, there’s no water. When people are desperate, they do desperate things. . I’ll say it plain: the government ain't coming to save us. Not now, not ever. It’s us, the citizens, who have to step up. And let me tell y’all, my community—just over an hour away—showed up. They brought water, diapers, formula, bleach, vinegar, and more to our donation sites. We’re taking even more donations today, and I'm making sure they go straight to the hands of volunteers I trust. . Why? Because people told me, “Leigh, we don’t trust the relief organizations anymore.” And you know what? They’re right. We’ve lost our organizations to liars and grifters. It’s time we rely on each other—like patriots built this country, one by one. And I promise you this, I’m getting your donations to where they need to go. . So to my fellow North Carolinians in the mountains: you are NOT forgotten. If you’re outside of NC, and you want to help, send real supplies. *Money isn’t going to feed or hydrate anyone.* . This is a wake-up call for all of us. Start stocking up water and food. Make sure you’re ready for when, not if, disaster strikes. And if you can, send your donated goods with a friend and make sure the trucks are loaded—our first responders are stretched thin. . Y’all, we can’t wait on elected officials. Special shoutout to Governor DeSantis for doing more for us than our own governor. Thank you, Governor. And to the Baptists out of Boone and Samaritan’s Purse—I trust y’all to do right by our people. . The most important thing you can do? *Pray.* Pray for the folks up there. Pray they turn back to God. And pray for a hedge of protection around those who’ve witnessed things they never should have. . I had a lady at my donation site yesterday whose 10-year-old grandson has seen bodies on the ground. He’s finally getting out today, but y’all, no child should have to see that. . All updated info here: Do what you can. Pray, donate, spread the word. And to those who’ve already helped—*thank you* from the bottom of my heart. We’re in this together. God bless. 🙏 . #leighbrown #onecommunity #NorthCarolinaFlood #help Tucker Carlson Donald J. A year ago, I was moved to tears when govt agreed to consult on Council Tax debt collection. I’m reposting that video as today IT'S DONE. On the back of Money and Mental Health campaigning the govt said this morning it WILL change the rules - Currently miss a monthly payment & within 3 weeks, you can be told "pay the whole year". From Apr 27, Councils must wait 63 days to do that & signpost people to help meantime - The max added admin cost is also being capped at £100 Here’s my official quote on it…. “Council Tax debt collection is so aggressive it’d make banks blush. It’s the most vicious and damaging form of legal debt collection out there - causing counterproductive misery for millions. We’ve spent the last 18 months campaigning hard to change this hideous system, and having seen so much pain caused by it, I’m genuinely moved by this huge first step towards making things better.” “Currently, in England, if you miss a monthly payment, many councils, within usually 3 weeks, demand payment for the entire year. How people who can’t find a month’s money are expected to find a year’s I don’t know. Yet if they can’t pay, within just three more weeks, they are often taken to court, have ‘admin costs’ added, and soon see bailiffs sent in. No commercial firm would be allowed to do anything close - constituents are treated worse than customers.” The new rule from next April means councils must wait two months, not 3 weeks, to ask for a year’s money, and the ‘admin costs’ will be capped at £100. In a perfect world, it would be even longer and the lower cap would apply, but this is still a hugely welcome change to a 33-year-old process. For councils too, it is worth remembering that this grotesque system is often catastrophic for people’s finances and wellbeing, leaving many needing more help and support, and ultimately the same council having to pick up the pieces.” last May. Today ITS DONE! Govt has announced
