As a south side Chicagoan I'll tell you why The city wasn't gonna pay people for a big ass celebration for her. They would of had to pay security, vendors, workers and all that. Cops would of had to be there. They wasn't trying to pay nobody for her and it sucks cause the black folks would of showed up and showed OUT.
