Really good experience with Tesla service today. They fixed EVERY Cybertruck recall in five hours. They also gave me a Model S loaner. But please look at it and tell me a “normal” person would be happy with this type of loaner. If you are buying a $100,000 Tesla,... show more

You do understand the purpose of a loaner? They give you a $70k car as a loaner and you critique it like they are delivering a new car to you. What I got from your video is that I don't need to watch more of your videos.

Telling Tesla they should clean their vehicles and add air to their tires isn’t asking much.

The Tesla Model 3/Y produced in the 2017-2024 timeframe all have just an air conditioning vent in the back. But it would be great to turn it into a smart screen that can watch movies, play games and other controls.

I just imagine a model 3 owner getting in it and thinking its super cool even if dirty

For sure. It’s a treat to get an upgrade when in service. I’ll be honest the first thing I checked was to see if it was a plaid and it wasn’t. I’m very spoiled lately ☠️

It’s like one of @EZebroni turo’s upon return. They aren’t cleaning them.

Shits wild. I cleaned a loaner once inside and out because it was so bad.

As I stated in response to @briandstone__ already, I have received loaners being dirty and cleaned them myself. I would rather have the understaffed service center fixing customer cars than cleaning the cars or loaners. Yes, that's not how it should be, but I think about others.

Well Jacob applied for the cleaning and detailing position at Tesla so hopefully he can make sure that doesn’t happen

The loaner guy was fired by Doge

They terminated most of their detailers
