Really instructive how Witkoff is 100% certain that Putin is not interested in the rest of Ukraine, let alone Europe, which is obviously not what Putin himself is saying.

When an active Russian general says on state television that Ukraine is just the beginning of the attack on Eastern Europe, I prefer to take this threat seriously.

This Witkoff interview is really depressing. I was assuming Trump was working a good cop / bad cop strategy with a little "stranger in the room" action thrown in, but this is pure Putin ball fluffing, not 3d chess. Looks like they're chasing the deal and lost their way. Bad.

And since russia is already occupying parts of Europe: Ukraine, Moldava, Georgia, Kaliningrad and basicly annexed Belarus it's a big fat lie. But I honestly wonder if the fucking dumbass @SteveWitkoff even is aware of this.

I think the Ukrainians are just going along with it to keep getting the arms. Everyone knows putin won't stop fighting unless ukraine gives ludicrous concessions.
