For those curious as to the AI use by Hank Green, it was not simply "notes" as he claims here. This is him reading off a script, with at least this portion of it being written by AI The giveaway: "Another way to say it, and I appreciate the pushback..." This is how AI responds when being asked something like "I don't like how this is worded, come up with a better phrasing," and makes no sense in the context of the surrounding sentences. First time doing the Swiss bar bench press in many years. Starting on the lighter side and will be gradually adding more weight over the coming weeks and months. Rebuilding my shoulder and getting it as functional as possible has been one of the greatest challenges I’ve ever faced, but I’ve never stopped. It’s been 10 years, and I continue to get better, stronger, and more capable. I have no regrets. I’ve avoided a shoulder replacement, I’ve avoided surgeries, and most importantly, I’ve refused to give up on myself. To anyone out there who has given up on themselves, I genuinely hope you find the strength to pick yourself back up and keep going. Progress doesn’t always happen quickly, but it does happen for those who refuse to quit. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

Simplicity is at the heart of great software. This is one of the reasons why Claude Code has been sticky for me. As a builder, I love planning and brainstorming, and this is now a key focus of Claude Code. I use Shift + Tab a lot to cycle between brainstorming, planning, and execution. This functionality provides the appropriate interface for me to either be very involved or less involved as I please. This works particularly well when building out new and complex features or entire new projects. This saves a huge amount of time. It allows me to tune Claude Code to execute and build more effectively. It also builds a loop of trust, and I often (surprisingly) find Claude Code asking for clarifications when it's confused. Coding agents don't normally do that. I have shared before on the power of brainstorming with AI for longer times. Try it and you will not be disappointed. Vibe coding is fun, but pair it with intentional development cycles, and you watch how far you can take a project with coding agents today.

This is a testament that president Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is really out to fulfill his renewed hope agenda to the good people of kebbi State and to boost the economy of the affected areas for national growth.
