Real estate agents don’t even deserve close to 1%, if you have a house worth $2 million & have paid to maintain it, improve it, etc, wtf does some real estate agent deserve 2% of the money for? Because their assistant posted ad on Zillow? They answered a few calls?

Ive bought 4 properties without an agent, 2 commercial, 1 residential, 1 acreage, got a better price, less bullshit, and spent less. They can learn learn to weld.

Realtors do the least work. People finding a house on Zillow, calling a realtor to schedule an appointment because they can’t get the seller contact info without an MLS account… then you can’t make an offer unless you have a CAR number. The system is rigged to benefit realtors.
