I don't condone this type of behavior, but she pushed her luck too much

I would of did the same if she did that to my stuff

Justified, kicking the bag was absolutely unnecessary, she already got her seat

He took her seat then began playing in her face. She didn’t have to kick him but him pushing her back like that might have costed him dearly if she got hurt
