One is labor theory of value nonsense.

The labor force participation rate uses all people from 16 and above as the denominator, which includes retired people. So the apparent decades long decline is just a function of this. Here is prime working age labor force participation rate.

"Owning and hoarding..." She hit the ground running with that mischaracterization.

Working hard is Marxist nonsense, people don't care how hard you work, people only care about the things they value, so it's work smart, not hard.

Good work, I wish more of the "anticapitalist" would watch this. They also think it's a zero sum game. If you distributed Elon's capital to mitigate poverty what difference would that be than printing a bunch of money, we know that just increases inflation.

Explaining capitalism via girl math with all the feelings and faux empathy always makes sense.

She apparently relied on the believe all women rule of society as her method of persuasion.

Did they stop teaching economics or any finance classes in high school or college in the last 25 years?!?? This all basic knowledge! My 35 year old class I took still is relevant today! We all knew this crap in the 70s

Honestly I'm just absolutely gutted by the Working Hours by Income Level chart. People making $162,000 a year work just 4.4 hours more per week than people who earn $31,000 per year. I had absolutely no idea that there was such little correlation, even granting hours = hard work

You get rich from providing something people want. You get super rich and negatively effect regular people by using the jack welch General Electric way of running a business

At least with number 4, she's talking about the individual, not the collective though. And at least on that level, sure, there's not a lot of people leaving the poverty level when wages aren't getting increased and a lot of jobs either refuse to give full time hours or require mandatory unpaid overtime because the company is small enough to not have any oversight. That doesn't make her right, but it does provide a micro view of her macro perspective.

Forgot to mention the standard of living increased dramatically after the industrial revolution which was primarily driven by capitalist innovation

Are you uploading these videos to TikTok and IG too? If not, you really, really should. Videos like hers are the predominant narrative and have barely any opposition.

I think people are intellectually missing the concept that was expressed by both of these people in the flaw. She thinks that all work is the same by all people. Completely ignoring the valuable final product that is delivered. People don’t want a person baking a cake. They just want the cake. If you deliver five cakes in an hour, you are more valuable than someone who delivers one cake in an hour if the cakes are the exact same. A person who focuses on delivering more cakes in an hour and a more efficient way is instantly more valuable a person who comes up with a machine or a system of people working at the same rate, they could work somewhere who delivers more cakes can become rich paying everybody the same as other people who haven’t innovated. So in a righteous society, people who innovate or come up with new and clever ideas to get more of the products people want using less labor sometimes even paying the labor is more money like Henry Ford become rich. Her assumption is that already who gets a job does the same job the same way and so should get paid the same and then a rich person if they did that job doesn’t deserve their money because if they shoveled dirt, they they’d only get paid $20 an hour so all the money they make being rich is because they’re exploiting someone else who is using a shovel to dig a ditch. I hope people can see the law in that reason it’s like leaving out so many factors and then the way this guy explains. It is no good because people are like wait a minute obviously the guy has an excavator someone had to work to put that excavator together. In an innovative society, the amount of work, the excavator does plus the amount of work it takes to put the excavator together is far less than it takes for a bunch of people with shovels to dig the same ditches. The excavators are digging. That’s how societies become richer than others. They do all that complex math correctly. That’s why you should stay away from socialist because they obviously and continuously just miss simple things that completely destroys their math that they think they understand. Remember in a complex engine all you need is one cylinder firing in the wrong direction to completely destroy the engine that’s what socialism is. They just pick one little tiny thing misapply it and destroy the entire engine and then they’re all starving and poor for no reason. Just a math mistake or a misapplied concept trying to fix a problem.

So many incorrect assertions from this lady.. I’ll address a common one commies continue to believe because they like Marx don’t understand capital. They believe capital is hoarded like gold but nowadays it’s merely created out of debt. No one can hoard $ like gold was once.

My only critique is adding what Herbert Dow did to beat the Bromine monopoly. Capitalism can be a method of genius at times.
