Two workers went to work drilling a water well and ended up fighting for their lives. A routine job turned into an explosion when the crew reportedly hit a pocket of natural gas underground, a risk no one on that property expected. Two children were inside the home and were, thankfully, not hurt. We are keeping these workers and their families in our thoughts as they fight to recover.

As the MP of Nyali Constituency, I have gone above and beyond my Jurisdiction—engaging the National Government, meeting with former Transport CS Murkomen and Pushing for Solutions for the People of Mombasa. Yet, the Governor (ASN) Could not even find Time to Attend these Critical Discussions. The Time for Excuses is OVER. The People of Mombasa deserve Better—they deserve a Leader who works as hard as they do, who Feels their Pain and who Acts with Urgency. April 30 • 12:00pm ET Art Blocks + OpenSea “Gift of time” began during my residency in Marfa, Texas, as part of the Art Blocks and OpenSea artist residency program, where a distinct shift in the experience of time became central to the work. In the desert, I felt time move differently. It stretched, slowed, and became something I noticed. After a few days, the rhythm changed. Moments felt longer, attention sharpened, and I became increasingly aware of each moment as it passed. This work comes from that condition. Time is not treated only as a theme, but as a system embedded in the structure of the piece. Different ways of measuring time, such as mechanical cycles, calendars, and lunar phases, are translated into rules that continuously transform the work. The piece does not represent time. It runs on it. Its movement is tied to blockchain time. Even when unseen, it continues to rotate and evolve. When loaded, it synchronizes with the present moment, but it does not begin when it is viewed, and it does not stop when it disappears from the screen. During the residency, I spent hours thinking, sketching, and making connections. Those connections are also visible. Elastic lines, like rubber bands, link elements across the piece, representing how memories connect, how one thought leads to another, and how everything builds over time. These same connections introduce moments where the system attempts to pull itself back, as if trying to regain control. But it never fully resets. It is not a loop. The movement continues, drifting forward, never returning to a fixed state. Visually, the work reveals its own construction. Lines, paths, and rotations expose an internal logic, like looking inside a mechanism. The drawing language recalls diagrams, technical sketches, or the interior of a mechanical watch. It is a system in motion, always active. “Gift of Time” exists because I was given time by Art Blocks, OpenSea, and above all my family. It is my way of saying thank you. ( That Mvua Mdogo, you said ) In all the years since these houses were built in the early 80s, they have stood firm and never suffered such damage. They were built to last, and they have lasted, until now. The unplanned high-rises have been springing up all around our property for the past couple of years. Construction is happening beacon to beacon, without proper infrastructure, drainage, or consideration for existing homes. This reckless building is choking the systems that once worked, and now homes that survived four decades of Nairobi weather are being flooded. The video shared by a neighbour speaks for itself. "Why are young women using walking sticks?" One of the newer trends among Leftists is to use walking sticks or wheelchairs. I've seen this going on for a long time, but didn't think much of it until this article came out several days ago and Leftists had meltdowns over it. The people doing it tend to be fully capable of walking and functioning perfectly fine when they're in the mood to do it. They almost always identify as some form of LGBT, tend to be female, are often overweight, usually don't work, and are often self diagnosed with things like ADHD, chronic pain, fatigue, migraines..., which they claim cause their disabilities. There are countless people with actual disabilities who are often in severe pain, truly have issues with walking, are missing limbs, mostly paralyzed, have difficulty speaking, are deaf or blind, have different diseases that they fight against every day..., yet they try their best to function like most people, work, get degrees, have families, socialize.... People with true disabilities tend to treat them like abilities. They have something that may be seen as a a disability, but instead treat it as a slight disadvantage that pushes them try doing just as good, if not better than everyone else. They don't make it their whole identity. These "disabled" Leftists on the other hand make it their whole identity. Their bios and posts are full of them trying to push how "disabled" they are. The real disability of theirs is laziness and feeling the need to victimize themselves in order to get attention that they don't get otherwise and probably didn't get enough of when they were younger. There is now "disability pride month" to push how much of a victim their self diagnosis made them because they need a month to remind you of it every day instead of every other day. I'm all for having a month, week, or day to celebrate truly disabled people who overcome their disabilities every day, but most of what I've seen is these scumbags taking over such things. These same people would have a meltdown over "cultural appropriation," yet here they are pretending to be disabled. It's a disgrace.
