Recently switched to using a GC0308 board for face tracking. It cost $15 shipped, took 10 minutes to set up, and I've found the quality is better than my previous self built ESP32 based one that was ~$40 and took a few hours to put together. Highly recommend. #VRChat #HashFT

I've just pushed a big update for my add-on for #Lasyusha! corrections to fit the esthetic better and prevent clipping on all 7 different packs of face tracking and much more polish to bring it up to my current standards Still avaliable and more expressive than ever: #ラシューシャ #VRChat

i used to spend 30 minutes hunting for a twitter profile mockup tool just to see if my avatar and header worked together before going live. last night i asked computer to build me one from scratch. took less than 10 minutes. it works better than anything I ever found. now you can use it/remix it by downloading the zip file.

Took the time to root my Quest Pro before it gets nuked with the update. I've now gained pupil dilation, better tongue tracking and gaze convergence 👀 Needless to say that I'll be using this for many more years ^w^

Dude, I switched my main SIM to a Pixel 10 for a better experience since I was getting tired of One UI. And the Pixel made sure in 10 minutes that I was back on One UI.

Grok 4.7 vs SWE 2 tested both models with same prompt at highest reasoning available and results came out really different > grok 4.7 took 32 minutes and cost $8.14 to make this > swe 2 took 15 minutes and cost $0 to make this really surprised by how good a free model is and no idea what grok was doing here which one did better?

Chris Bosh says he found out LeBron was leaving Miami through a text 10 minutes before it was announced 😳 “I thought it was BS. 10 minutes later it was everywhere. I get it but at the time I didn’t understand it. At the time I was ready to put the team back together cause we had just lost so we wanted to put something back together so we could win. And it really didn’t go like that. I took offense to it tbh… I’m a competitor and tbh when you go back to the locker room and Bron ain’t in that chair and everybody is looking at you and D Wade for that 25 points it’s like damn, man. Sh*t my knee hurts… I was upset it took months to get over it. We had to be in the same place and talk about it… We had to get back to a mode of not rebuilding but getting more out of ourselves and not always having that easy thing relying on 6 to do his job” (Via ALL THE SMOKE)

Handmade is my life! Took me MONTHS! Hand drawn, self-filmed, and self edited. I took hundreds of hours of raw footage and put in the work to edit this into a minute. No AI query could or should ever replace that! 😤

Opus 5.5 vs GPT 6 astra tested both with the same prompt at their highest reasoning settings, using the same devin harness: > opus took 2 hours 10 mins and cost $75 > astra took 1 hour 25 mins and cost $61 opus 5.5 attention to details is on point, it took time to make everything perfect as i wanted but still super slow and ended up costing way more then astra which one did better here?

Workers at the Bank took a few hours to set up the large, heavy interlocking panels (some weighing over 200 pounds) and fit them together like a giant puzzle. Now, the high-quality maple hardwood floor for the first two games of NBA Finals in San Antonio is ready. 🎥: via NBA

It took Daniel Day about 15 minutes to get up the Big Ben tower, and he took off his trainers halfway through because there was a section that he couldn't climb with trainers. All he had to do was jump over a fence, and he was in.

Success! Claude 3.7 with my IDA Pro MCP server managed to solve the crackme that was previously failing🦾 The trick was adding a convert_number tool and stress to always use it for conversions. It took ~7 minutes to run and the cost was $1.85. Also includes an analysis report.

Put together a vid on how/why I'm using Hermes agent My networking setup is very overkill for most people, I mostly did it because I'm paranoid (and tbh it was fun) But it's really useful, highly recommend setting one up it's a great piece of software

American shows that the city of Palo Alto in San Francisco built this pedestrian bridge that not a single person uses - The original cost was $6 million - The cost more the doubled to $15 million by completion - It took the city 12 years to build this one bridge “What the hell is going on here” “We have massive problems of our infrastructure in California and we're spending 12 years and $15 million building a pedestrian bridge that nobody is using. What the hell is going on here? This was first contemplated back in 2013. It's now 2025 and it opened last week. So it took 12 years to build this bridge.”

15 minutes to 60 hours. Same rats. One belief changed everything. Nir Eyal tells the Curt Richter experiment from the 1950s. Wild rats dropped into water paddled for about 15 minutes then gave up and sank. Another group got pulled out just before that point, dried off, rested, and put back in. After a few of those brief rescues the animals swam up to 60 hours - 240 times longer. Their bodies were always capable of it. What they lacked was evidence that effort could still lead to survival. Once that belief took hold, persistence unlocked. The real limit was never physical capacity. It was the story about what was still possible.
