@FredDiBiase247 PS: if you're new to drinking this kind of mixture, please drink alot of water there after. The body detects it as a detox and if you have low fluid after detox, the body will give you a warning, and that warning is a headache. To avoid the headache, drink water.

@FredDiBiase247 1 part of lemon juice mixed with 6 parts of jaggery added with cloves, pepper & salt results in a cold #drink which is best among the cold drinks. It is very light, alleviates vata dosha, stimulates digestive fire, improves taste perception & helps to digest all types of #Food.

@FredDiBiase247 Honey should not be in a plastic bottle. It defeats it natural state. Always buy local honey in a glass jar.

@FredDiBiase247 I can attest this definitely works. I made the exact recipe one night for my sister at the onset of covid during the epidemic and she went back to sleep & slept like a baby. AND it never got worse. We all drank it and took vitamins C and Zinc. She was better in less than a week.

@FredDiBiase247 Adding lemon juice to iron-rich foods improves absorption of iron in body. Hence, if you have iron-deficiency anemia, increasing your intake of iron-rich foods is not only solution. Add #lemon juice also to such foods for better bioavailability of iron
