I should have mentioned you too. This was my old method, but there's no way to measure your progress in a consistent way. This newer method is for people who like goal setting. Plus, you can apply this to SMGs and use alternate/varied terrain from the hill or a different angle.

Marc Andreessen on the 3 things he looks for when investing in a startup The first thing Marc Andreesen looks for is a big market: “Is there a big existing market that you think you can go after and displace incumbents? Or do you believe there will be a new market that will be big?” The second thing he looks for is a 10x better product: “Is there a fundamental technology or economic change that justifies a new company? And the way I always think about that is: Is there a 10x change happening in the technology landscape? Is something 10x faster, 10x cheaper, or 10x better? If it’s not 10x, we as both VCs and entrepreneurs have to ask ourselves if it’s really worth doing because it’s really hard to start new companies . . . Existing companies are usually pretty good at what they do. So for a new company to exist, it has to bring a product to market that’s so much better than what exists that it punches through the status quo.” The third is the team: “Is the team outstanding? . . . You want to have a founding team of complementary skillsets. You want to have at least one super strong technologist — quite possibly more than one. 🚨🚨 Ajinkya Rahane on batting order getting shuffled! "its really tough, as a batter specially in test cricket, if you don't know that ur number is set then it will create insecurities. Batting at 6-7 is different skills & batting at 3 is differently different skills, Washi is a great player, amazing talent & amazing player. Then batting at 3 is confusing for him, washi is a bowling all rounder. If washi bats at 3 then he will have to prepare differently in Nets. & either you are Washi or Sudarshan, whoever batting at 3 should get the security. As a player, if you get the security then you play with freedom. And for player it is important to play with freedom, if they are looking at Washi as number 3 in longterm then he should get longrope at that position." Ashwin also added that, he refused to bat higher in the order when he was in good form coz when you start focussing too much on batting then your bowling declines. And Washington was replacement of Ashwin in test cricket, so I feel it is good if we let him bat at 6-7 as he is doing fantastic job there & can be a match winner for us with bat too.
