Great case! Congratulations. We also did a similar one which was a case of Muscular VSD Closure. It embolized into the Abdominal Aorta. We couldn't succeed to retrieve it with the Snare technique. After so many efforts using snares, finally we managed to re-screw it externally to the exact spot of the original screw, using the same delivery system and pusher, retrieved it, and successfully redeployed the device.
