First time doing the Swiss bar bench press in many years. Starting on the lighter side and will be gradually adding more weight over the coming weeks and months. Rebuilding my shoulder and getting it as functional as possible has been one of the greatest challenges I’ve ever faced, but I’ve never stopped. It’s been 10 years, and I continue to get better, stronger, and more capable. I have no regrets. I’ve avoided a shoulder replacement, I’ve avoided surgeries, and most importantly, I’ve refused to give up on myself. To anyone out there who has given up on themselves, I genuinely hope you find the strength to pick yourself back up and keep going. Progress doesn’t always happen quickly, but it does happen for those who refuse to quit. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

I made a second version! This time, I improved the opening to make it more eye-catching, added extra padding to the character shots so the video won’t get cropped across different social platforms, and updated the prompt into English. I also improved the canvas workflow. Previously, I had to generate multiple images and videos one by one, then pick the best results. Now the canvas supports generating multiple results in a single run, which has greatly improved my workflow efficiency. AlphaTyler Tickled in the Stocks (Part 6) Now the oil comes out and this is when @AlphaTylersFeet realizes that he's truly fucked now. Oil makes the toys so much more fun, and right when he thinks he can take the gloves and the brushes, now he knows what they really feel like when his soles are lubed up for the bristles to slide relentlessly up and down his toe-tied feet. I love how the soles of his feet get brighter red, you can tell that these GIANT feet have been through a hellish experience.

1) If you're Tyreek having a fit on the sideline, you can't be running around like this appearing to have no clue where he's supposed to line up (this isn't the only time in the game this seemed to happen - and it's carry over from previous seasons). 2) As an OL coach, I harp on footwork - a lot. This looks like a 3/4 slide protection right. Paul would initially have the DE 1v1, but when the LB walks up, appears this protection calls for him to have MDM (most dangerous man) - and that Conner would get the DE. Watch Conner's footwork. Right foot up. Then trying to step up with the left on the 1st step and back with the right on the second step - never going to get there.
