As someone who has four college degrees this is the most dehumanizing part of the interview process. I always like listening to the tone in the responses of “yeah….uh huh…..great….” You can usually decipher what they’re actually understanding. However, if you’re smart, you can use it to your advantage. Once you realize that the person you’re speaking to has no clue what you’re talking about, it tends to help you be less stressed and more confident.
