My dog had a cataract, diagnosed by a doggie opthalmologist who suggested a $5K surgery. She sat with me in front of the red light every time I used it. Cured!!!

Amazing!

I watched a bunch of videos on YouTube before deciding on which light to purchase. Alex Fergus has the best content 2024 red light comparison:

I have a spinal injury from my service (L4/L5, scarred S1 nerve, severe neuropathy in right leg/foot), walked with a cane for almost 2 years after I was hurt. I use red light for about 2 hours every day. I can function without pain meds. 😊😋

Started using red/NIR panels in 2019 when I was trying to recover from some issues after a brain tumor procedure. I never use goggles and my optometrist was shocked when I went in and my vision had improved for the 1st time in more than 30 years of seeing him.

Go back to incandescent light bulbs or halogen. Turn up the yellow on your cell phone, tablet and adjust your TV to warm more yellow. Otherwise you're in a sea of blue light. Wear yellow tinted glasses at work, stores, driving at night.

I want one badly! I have chronic inflammation and joint pain. What kind of red light do you use? Where to buy?

I couldn’t afford anything expensive. Got mine on Amazon (panel) I would suggest reading up on what levels are optimal for red light and read reviews.

JP Sears has sworn by this for years. The channel "Awaken with JP" He promotes red light therapy

I am wearing my red light shoulder wrap right now.
