Wolf: What hasn’t been discussed publicly, to my knowledge, is the fact that, in my opinion, President Trump committed a crime in negotiating the settlement agreement in this case and it’s possible that Mr. Blanche would be found to be a co-conspirator in that crime. Let me try to explain… Congress enacted a statute that makes it illegal for the president or the vice president to directly or indirectly request the initiation or termination of a tax investigation. There’s a potential five-year prison term for violating that statute. Donald Trump would not have immunity from criminal prosecution for violating that statute in this case because he filed this lawsuit in his personal capacity. Therefore, negotiating the settlement was not an official act for which he has immunity as president. So, in this case, he was negotiating essentially with himself. As Judge Williams said in Trump v. IRS—a case in which I’m one of the 35 plaintiffs who, through excellent lawyers, persuaded the court to reopen the case and find that this was not a genuine case—it wasn’t a real case or controversy that was legitimately in federal court. It was a collusive case brought for an improper purpose: to get a personal benefit for President Trump, his family, and his allies.

This video is going to make my fellow Arkansas Republicans mad. ALL of them. You will fall into 2 groups: Group 1) Those who are mad at what the party is doing. Group 2) Those who are mad that I’m publicly admonishing what the party is doing. You know what? If you fall into group 2… YOU’RE THE PROBLEM! The straw that broke the camel’s back: A gentleman who I have found to be nothing but respectful and determined… man who has always treated me kindly… a man who has pursued passionately what he believes to be an issue central to the preservation of Liberty - paper ballots and election integrity - now will be arrested, finger printed, and have a mug shot taken, all for exit polling regarding a ballot referendum on paper ballots at a polling location. That man is COL Conrad Reynolds . There’s a lot Conrad and I agree on, and plenty we don’t. But we definitely agree that government is SUPPOSED to work for us, not the other way around and that election integrity and security aren’t just buzz words or partisan matters but actual real world goals that should be aggressively pursued and jealously defended. Here’s the kicker. If convicted, Conrad can NEVER run for public office again in Arkansas. See the rub here? Isn’t that convenient? Bottom line, there is right and there is wrong. And this whole situation, when taken in context to everything else that has transpired, sure seems wrong. I’m aware of all the consequences I may face saying all of this, but screw it, enough is enough. You either want honest people like me around, or you don’t. I’ll be honest either way. The top computer scientists and election experts say we need in-person voting with hand-marked paper ballots. Ankole Customary Justice vs Uganda Constitution: President Museveni left us shaking our heads when he shared his belief that Ankole cultural norms of justice (Okuhoora and Okukaraba) are superior to those established under the Uganda constitution. THIS MUST STOP. I have spent decades in uniform defending a Zimbabwe I believed in. I have watched governments rise and I have watched them rot. I have held my tongue when discretion demanded it. I am holding it no longer. What is being done to my comrade, retired Air Marshal Henry Muchena, is a disgrace that strikes at the very soul of this republic. For days now, State security officers have pursued him and his wife wherever they go. Visual evidence of this surveillance has been released to the media. A retired senior military officer a man who served this nation with honour is being hounded like a common criminal, together with his wife, for the simple act of expressing a political opinion. Let us be clear about what happened. Air Marshal Muchena, together with a group of Retired Generals and former senior civil servants, met with President Emmerson Mnangagwa to express our principled opposition to Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 the so-called CAB3. We went in good faith. We spoke as men who have served this State, who have bled for it, who have built the very institutions now being turned against us. The President abruptly ended that meeting with the words: "Whoever wins, let them win." We took those words for what they were a dismissal, not of us as individuals, but of the constitutional order we fought to establish. What we did not anticipate was that the State security machinery we helped create would be deployed to harass and intimidate a retired Air Marshal and his family for daring to disagree. The use of State security institutions to silence opposition voices is an abuse of power that no soldier of conscience can watch in silence. We did not liberate this country so that its security apparatus could become a private enforcement unit for political intimidation. We did not build an army, an air force, and an intelligence service so they could be turned on retired comrades and their wives for holding an opinion. To the young officers in our security services today, I say this you swore an oath to the Constitution, not to a man. You serve the Republic of Zimbabwe, not a political faction.
