Migrants in Utah can recieve in-state tuition, driving priviliges, medicare (supposedly only for children) and much more... I met many migrants that have been sent to Utah from NYC and many as well that came straight from the border (both are in this video). It's hard to say whether or not Utah is actually a sanctuary state from the claims Gov. Cox has made however it is defiently functioning as if it is a sanctuary state, watch this video and decide for yourself!
