Double jeopardy only applies if the defendant is found not guilty. A mistrial cannot trigger double jeapordy

Honest question, could the hold out juror sue both the lawyer & that other juror for defamation? At this point they have publicly doxxed him and dragged his character through the mud with their apparent ability to mind read what he actually thought.

So now they've completely doxxed the juror. This would have never happened had he voted NGRI but no one is honest enough with themselves to admit it. He didn't come out publicly on his own. I've lost respect for everyone who has participated in this.

At this point, the jury members that have spoken up and the defense attorney need to be arrested. They are slandering the one who voted guilty and are putting words in his mouth. She committed murder. She admitted it. That was what they were supposed to decide. No reasoning.
