Reddit Is Inevitable. $RDDT

My worry is the user side. A few volunteer mods decide what you can say, and even a calm disagreement on a sensitive topic can get you banned. People stop posting honestly. Am I the only one who sees this?

I don’t understand what’s so good about $RDDT? I’d prefer X I am sure many people do as well.

Reddit is heavily moderated and marked by left-wing extremism. I hope no artificial intelligence is being trained on that dreadful website. For this reason, people should avoid investing in it.

I love this thesis—it compares a lot to the shift we saw in content creation. We had a huge rise in companies like $SNAP because of this feeling of being connected to a real creator's everyday life. Then there was a huge shift to creators live-streaming their content on platforms like Twitch and Kick because of that feeling of connecting to another human being, even if it’s not perfect. It’s almost like an art form. The same idea applies to Reddit: it’s the most raw and niche web gathering space for many, with loads of diverse content highlighting, in a nutshell, the entire goddamn scale of human endeavour.

Reddit is full of neckbeards and bots. Its all junk. All the thread questions are AI and most of the answers are.

10% agree, BUT bear case: it might itself get overwhelmed by AI slop. One would need to keep it human-first and remove AI slop.

Problem with Reddit is that companies marketing teams spam threads with comments that are not true or say things to convince people to check them out. Reddit is not a good source of truth
