DEI schemes are as much about hiring working class Brits as they are about hiring people of different skin tones. We actively seek people who couldn't afford to go to uni because of their class background. Why does millionaire Ben Habib oppose the hiring of working class Brits?

And like many forces, the Met has significantly lowered its fitness requirement, principally to allow more women into the force. Now just 3.7 on the beep test or around 3.5 minutes of jogging, it is among the easiest in the world. We should be hiring on merit and competence, not skin colour.
