@wizbates The Government must ensure Building Developers rectify their poor performance regarding build quality and property management services which is causing untold damage to Leaseholders. One building developer being such as Galliard Homes.

@wizbates What is the point of a consultation if you are going to push through the changes anyway? These changes are not enough, service charges are hard to challenge. Leasehold should be abolished.
