Regime change in Iran will be extremely difficult when massive groups of Iranians still fall for their governments propaganda and environment of fear. They are not ready to rise up - and it isn't Israel's job to do it for them.

This is not massive group of Iranians. They actually had to incentivize individuals to even come by offering monetary benefits and food. Consistent Iranians have shown to be against the regime from the limited polling that can be safely done within the country and which is clearly evident by the diaspora.

Perhaps. But I'm not too impressed with the crowd size. Further, it's not exactly all organic. Various organizations and government bureaucracies pressure their people to attend these. The government does have its supporters, Shia Twelvers, those who benefit from it etc. But I think it's a small minority.

The method of gathering a crowd to project power is an old propaganda technique used by many dictatorships. These people are bussed in, paid, fed and the regime still fails to gather big crowds. The “massive” groups you speak of are at this point in the single digit percentile.
