Rita Levi-Montalcini won the Nobel Prize for discovering nerve growth factor (NFG). This is crucial for the growth and differentiation of nerve cells. Even more impressive is that, at 100, she was still active in the scientific community. Here's how she kept her brain young:

Darshan 🦖 profil fotoğrafı
Darshan 🦖1 yıl önce

1. Extreme Morning Routine She woke up at 5 AM every single day. Not to exercise. Not to meditate. But to dive straight into complex scientific work when her mind was freshest. Your brain's peak performance is in the early morning.

2. Minimal Eating She only ate once a day - at lunch. Occasionally, she'd have a small bowl of soup or an orange in the evening. This wasn't about weight - it was about mental clarity. She discovered that a lighter diet kept her mind sharper and more focused.

The Dangerous Cult of 'Fasting' Influencers. Fasting has its anecdotal benefits, yes. But it is overrated. And water fasting is highly overrated. But this video featuring a Cardiologist is amusingly nonsense. There is no study from Boston (from a "University?" - how vague!) that says 7-days water fasting reduces risk of cancer (what cancer?) by 70%. And there is no proof that fasting kills cancer cells in humans. Here is what fasting does to cancers in humans. Nothing. Fasting is now become a sort of religion-like cult for wellness influencers to rake in views and engagement. From a scientific standpoint, there are no realistically good human studies to prove anything from fasting that benefits cancers. I know, I know, "autophagy" and all that. Autophagy: Autophagy is the natural, conserved degradation of the cell that removes unnecessary or dysfunctional components. Yes, its a legit term and all. But in the context of cancer reduction and fasting in humans, it sounds like "immunity boosting," another wellness fraud term. The effects of fasting on cancer cells are all based on MOUSE studies, and none explicitly translated to humans. See this paper: everything is based on cells and tissues and small animal experiments: "While research on the subject is tantalizing, there’s little clinical evidence involving humans to substantiate the claims. Studies on the potential impacts on cancer treatment from various forms of fasting or calorie restriction, including the possibility that they reduce side effects, have been limited." "Fasting may not be appropriate for malnourished individuals or those with cancer cachexia, which results in a continuing loss of skeletal muscle mass, or for people with chronic diseases. Those with diabetes need to be very careful, because of the risk of hypoglycemia." "Based on our systematic review and meta-analysis, there is currently no evidence supporting the superiority of therapeutic fasting over non-fasting in preventing chemotherapy toxicity." - see here: Even intermittent fasting (IF) is overrated in cancer. "IF may be considered in adults seeking cancer-prevention benefits through means of weight management, butwhether IF itself affects cancer-related metabolic and molecular pathways remains unanswered. See here: Also this: "Fasting for short periods does not have any beneficial effect on the quality of life of cancer patients during treatment. Evidence on fasting regimes reducing side effects and toxicities of chemotherapy is missing." See here: The whole aspect of "fasting reducing cancer incidence" in the real world is just due to weight loss. Obesity is associated with at least 13 types of cancers and reversing obesity reduces risk of cancer - nothing to do with fasting killing off cancers cells in the body. And one can lose weight even without fasting. See here: Everything from prevention of adverse events of cancer, to reduction in side effects from chemotherapy, to slowing cancer growth by reducing glucose levels, to promoting cell regeneration by affecting autophagy is all LAB BASED MOLECULAR LEVEL HYPOTHESIS that has not been proven conclusively in humans. See here: Cancer patients must not starve. They must remain hydrated and they must eat a well balanced diet because cancer condition is highly demanding. And dont water fast for 7 days. Easy for people to make reels on it, but in real life, it may prove disastrous. Water fast does make you lose weight (because of starvation) but it is not at all a healthy way to lose weight. Stop with this fasting and cancer madness already.

Fasting's the most underrated longevity hack on Earth. Doctors said skipping meals destroys your metabolism... Yet fasting is proven to boost your hormones, burn toxic fat, and repair DNA damage naturally. Here are 7 insane fasting benefits (bookmark this):👇️️️️️️ 1. Activates Autophagy Autophagy kicks in after 12–16 hours of fasting. It's your built-in cleanup system, recycling toxic and old cells into new, fresh ones. It also removes toxic debris linked to Alzheimer's, cancer, & accelerated aging. 2. Burns excess fat Fasting flips your body's fuel switch. When glycogen runs low, it start breaking down stored fat into ketones for energy. And the fact that no more calories are coming in your body... Means you're now forced to burn your own fat. 3. Boosts your hormones Fasting increases human growth hormone (HGH) by up to 5x baseline levels. Higher HGH means: - Faster fat loss - Enhanced recovery - Preserved lean muscle It also improves testosterone in men by reducing insulin resistance. 4. Repairs DNA damage With no food to process, your cells focus on SURVIVAL: - Repairing DNA strands - Cleaning out broken parts - Recycling damaged proteins Fasting's one of the few medicines that helps you rebuild from the inside out naturally. 5. Enhances Insulin Sensitivity Fasting gives your pancreas a break from constant insulin production. Over time, your cells become more responsive to insulin → better glucose control & lower diabetes risk. One study found 16:8 fasting improved insulin sensitivity by ~30% in just 8 weeks. I've found a supplement that increases fasting's benefits by 5X. It keeps insulin low, stabilizes energy, even lets you stay lean year-round. It allows me to stay at 10–12% body fat all year effortlessly, without energy crashes. Here's the one I use (AMAZON PRODUCT LINK): 6. Lowers Inflammation Fasting suppresses inflammatory cytokines like IL-6 and TNF-alpha — the molecular triggers behind: - Brain fog - Chronic pain - Slow recovery By quieting that response, your body heals faster and ages slower. I use fasting daily for the past year and here's exactly why: It gives me: - More energy - Leaner body - Better focus And I feel more alive than EVER. I've made a guide with my fasting protocol. Comment "Fasting" and I'll send it over. (Must Follow so I can DM) 🤝 *Every body works differently, this is not medical advice, just what worked on me." *Always consult a health expert before following any protocols." *Affiliate links included.*

How much physical energy does it ACTUALLY cost you to worry about the future? Dr Martin Picard's research argues stress isn't just a mental weight - it's an expensive biological tax on your cells. In his lab, when human cells were exposed to stress hormones, the energy cost of just staying alive inside those cells shot up by 60% (He’s also the scientist whose team literally sliced a human brain into 703 cubes just to map how energy moves through it 🤯) You have a stressful morning, a difficult conversation, or a few anxious thoughts you can't shake, and by 2pm you feel completely drained. Your mind is tired, but your cells are genuinely exhausted. Dr Martin Picard is a Professor of Behavioural Medicine at Columbia University and I sat down with him to understand how our emotions and lived experiences physically change the mitochondria inside us - the tiny structures responsible for producing all the energy we rely on. My energy has always felt a bit like roulette. Some days I wake up feeling incredible, other days I feel like I've done the exact same things but I've got nothing in the tank. Martin completely reframed how I look at this. Energy isn't just a biological default; it's one of the most important scientific questions of our lives. We discussed things like: - Why you can do everything “right” (sleep, diet, exercise) and still wake up completely exhausted. - The physical tax of stress and what a single anxious morning does to your cells. - Why mitochondria are the missing link behind burnout, depression, and chronic fatigue. - What actually dictates your cellular energy day-to-day. - The truth about whether fasting, meditation, deep purpose and relationships can rewrite your biology. This is a conversation about understanding what your body is constantly responding to where your energy is actually going and why so many of us feel tired in ways that more sleep or more food don't always solve. If you feel flat, anxious, or exhausted and can't explain why - this one's for you.

RFK Jr Shocks Joe Rogan...WiFi Causes 'Leaky Brain.' It Degrades Your Mitochondria & Opens Up Your Blood Brain Barrier. The US Gov't Silenced, Halted & Shut Down The Research. WiFi Radiation Damages The Blood Brain Barrier. Wireless radiation affects the permeability of the blood-brain barrier (BBB), as well as altering the expression of microRNA within the brain, which leads to adverse effects such as neurodegenerative disease. When the BBB is more permeable, more toxins circulating in the blood reach the brain. Decades ago, Bioelectromagnetics Neuroscientist, Dr Allen Frey found even low level exposure caused neurological damage & mitochondrial cell death by breaching the blood brain barrier. Dr Frey reported that modulations induced "leakage" in the barrier between the circulatory system & the brain. Breaching the blood brain barrier is a serious matter: It means the brain's environment, which needs to be extremely stable for nerve cells to function properly, can be perturbed in all kinds of dangerous ways. Dr Frey's work on radar microwaves & the blood brain barrier soon came under assault from the government. Scientists hired & funded by the Pentagon silenced Dr Allen Frey & threatened him if he attempted to go public with his findings. He was told to conceal his blood-brain-barrier work or his contract with the Office of Naval Research & the US Army would be canceled. There was an overwhelming amount of profit at stake & these important findings that proved detrimental health outcomes were followed by suppression, misinformation & a shutdown of government funded research in the United States. 👇WiFi Damages The Blood Brain Barrier👇 👇Mobile Phones Permeate Blood Brain Barrier👇 Video Credit: Joe Rogan The Joe Rogan Experience Clips Secretary Kennedy Robert F. Morning Sunlight Into Your Eyes Is Absolutely Vital For Mental & Physical Health. Dr Jeremy London, Heart Surgeon 3 Reasons Why Gazing Into The Morning Sun Promotes Life In Body, Mind & Spirit. #1 : Red & Infrared Light At Sunrise: This very specific wavelength stimulates brain Mitochondria to produce more ATP providing clear sharp thinking. This not only benefits overall health but is a crucial healing modality for impaired cognitive function after a TBI traumatic brain injury or neurological diagnosis such as Alzheimer's & Parkinson's Diseases. #2 : Cortisol Release At Sunrise: Cortisol is primarily released in a significant spike around sunrise, experiencing a rapid increase in levels shortly after waking up, often referred to as the "Cortisol Awakening Response" (CAR), which is triggered by light exposure from dawn & considered a natural part of the body's circadian rhythm. This is crucial for metabolic health, immune function & alert energy throughout the day. The Cortisol Awakening Response is important for hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenocortical (HPA) function. Blunting this process by sun avoidance causes insulin resistance leading to metabolism & weight issues. #3 : Serotonin & Dopamine Release: Specialized cells in the retina, called "Dopaminergic Amacrine Cells", are responsible for releasing dopamine when stimulated by light. Which then signals to the brain to increase Serotonin production. This directly links sunlight exposure to higher levels of both neurotransmitters that regulate mood, alertness & completely eliminate Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). 4 out of 10 people suffer from low mood, lack of energy & depressive episodes due to Seasonal Affective Disorder. More Sunlight & Vitamin D Benefits: Stroke Prevention Cancer Prevention Heart Attack Prevention Bone Health Immune System Health Depression Prevention Natural Appetite Suppressant Natural Blood Sugar/Insulin Control Mood Enhancer Keratin Production to Prevent Hair Loss Naturally Lowers Blood Pressure Optimal Libido & Hormone Production Supports Muscle Health & Injury Prevention 👇Red Infrared Light For Neural Function👇 👇Cortisol Awakening Response (CAR)👇 👇Sunlight Eye Exposure For Cortisol Health👇 Speaker: Jeremy London, M.D.

"The Most Important Fat In Our Body Is Cholesterol. Cholesterol Is The King Of All Fats." Dr Daniel Pompa There Is No Bad Cholesterol. We've Been Lied To. 3 Reasons Why Cholesterol Is The King Of All Fats. 1: Top Of The Hormone Chain--We need LDL for Progesterone, Estrogen, Testosterone & all steroid hormones. LDL is a transport lipoprotein molecule required for hormone production & immune function. 2: Vitamins-- Cholesterol is required in order to absorb fat soluble A, D, E & K into our cells. This is the single most crucial element in our immune system to fight against pathogens & bacteria. 3: Brain Health--Your brain cannot work without an abundance of Cholesterol. 100+ neurotransmitters rely on cholesterol for function. Lack of cholesterol will cause cognitive impairment & result in neurodegenerative diseases like Dementia, Parkinson's & Alzheimer's. We need proper levels of cholesterol & an abundance of dietary cholesterol. The most important fat in our body is cholesterol. Cholesterol Is Essential, Without It Our Body Cannot Make: Testosterone Aldosterone Cortisol DHT Dihydrotestosterone DHEA Dehydroepiandrosterone Estradiol Estriol Estrone Progesterone Vitamin D Top 15 Benefits Of Cholesterol: Protects against chemicals, toxins & heavy metals. All Statins Cross The Blood Brain Barrier & Harm The Brain By Lowering Cholesterol. Dr Georgia Ede The Brain Is Rich In Cholesterol For A Reason. A Vital Molecule, Essential For All Cellular Life Cholesterol Isn't Something Bad To Be Bludgeoned Into Submission With Medication There are no benefits to taking a Statin, yes they lower your cholesterol, but they do not lower Cardiovascular Risk or Disease. Statins are dangerous because low cholesterol causes deadly side effects: 💊Statins cause CoQ10 deficiency, resulting in muscle pain & Mitochondrial Dysfunction. 💊Statins inhibit Heme A, a vital component of the electron transport chain for energy. 💊Statins stop Dolichol, a crucial molecule in protein glycosylation in the brain, deficiency leads to Parkinson's & other brain disorders. 💊Cholesterol should not be lowered, it's critical for Vitamin D & all hormones, digestion, every cell should be saturated with healthy cholesterol. 💊Statins cause liver & pancreas damage, leading to insulin resistance & type 2 diabetes. New longevity therapy started: cerebrolysin What is cerebrolysin Cerebrolysin is a mixture of peptides to enhance cognitive function. It fosters neuronal growth and repair which may improve memory. To date, cerebrolysin has been used to treat brain fog, brain injury, and slow down the process of dementia. Because a prior measurement indicated that I have swelling in my brain from my internal jugular vein stenosis (IJVS), we are examining the effectiveness of cerebrolysin in mitigating inflammation as well as any cognitive improvements. Baseline measurements After seeing my brain swelling via MRI from IJVS, we chose to proceed with cerebrolysin. We will be measuring the efficacy by monitoring brain MRI markers, sleeping HRV (3 month average at least, measured using WHOOP) and cognitive testing. Strength of evidence We find that the data on cerebrolysin in human clinical trials is promising. Most trials examine the effects of cerebrolysin on neurodegenerative diseases and the outcomes show consistent benefits in cognition and global clinical function. There is a considerable amount of research suggesting that cerebrolysin can be beneficial in treating neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and brain injuries. We cannot recommend that anyone else participates until more extensive clinical trials have been performed. Protocol Ten, 5 mL intramuscular injections over 20 days. Cost: $160 What we expect to happen We will be investigating several brain biomarkers to document the effects of cerebrolysin. To measure the effects, we will specifically look at neurotrophic factors and markers of neural damage. MRI can be implemented to measure brain markers.

RFK Jr leaves Joe Rogan stunned...WiFi causes 'leaky brain.' "It degrades your mitochondria & opens up your blood brain barrier, allowing toxins & pathogens to enter the brain." The US gov't silenced & shut down the research that proved the harmful effects of EMF, WiFi & Radiation. • Dr. Allan Frey's Work on EMF and Radiation Pioneered bioelectromagnetics in the 1960s; discovered the "Frey effect" (pulsed microwaves create audible sounds in the brain). Found low-level microwaves open the blood-brain barrier, allowing toxins in & causing neurological damage. Showed non-thermal effects on brain, eyes, heart & mitochondria via oxidative stress & cell death—challenging safety claims for Wi-Fi/cell phones. • How the Government Stopped the Research Frey's blood-brain barrier findings threatened military/industry interests in the Cold War era. Faced pressure from Office of Naval Research & U.S. Army to hide results or lose funding. Pentagon-funded critics claimed non-replication but withheld data; Navy blocked publications. Post-1970s, U.S. non-thermal EMF research funding dried up despite international evidence of harm. • Why Detoxification is Crucial for Mitochondrial Health EMFs increase mitochondrial ROS production, leading to oxidative stress, reduced ATP, DNA damage, and dysfunction. This worsens toxin buildup (especially with leaked BBB) and disrupts circadian rhythms. Detox boosts antioxidants (glutathione, SOD) to neutralize ROS; tools like zeolite chelate heavy metals/radiation byproducts, restoring mitochondrial efficiency & reducing inflammation. Turn off Wi-Fi at night, use wired connections & detox daily. Who's with me? 👇

🚨 WHY ARE THERE OVER 400 PUBLISHED PAPERS ON IVERMECTIN AND CANCER? Because researchers discovered something unexpected. Ivermectin doesn't just target parasites. According to preclinical research, it appears to interact with cancer cells through multiple biological pathways. One of the most discussed? 📌 Cancer Stem Cells These are the cells believed to survive treatment, remain dormant for years, and potentially contribute to recurrence and spread. According to Dr. William Makis: 💊 Chemotherapy primarily targets rapidly dividing cancer cells. 💊 Ivermectin has been studied for its potential effects on cancer stem cells. That's why some researchers believe the combination deserves attention. But that's only part of the story. Researchers have also investigated ivermectin's potential ability to: ✅ Target cancer stem cells ✅ Influence tumor signaling pathways ✅ Alter cancer cell behavior ✅ Reverse chemotherapy resistance One of the most fascinating findings involves chemotherapy resistance. Over time, some cancer cells develop the ability to push chemotherapy drugs back out of the cell. Researchers have reported that ivermectin may interfere with these resistance mechanisms, potentially making cancer cells susceptible again. And then there's Fenbendazole and Mebendazole. While Ivermectin is being studied for one set of mechanisms, Fenbendazole and Mebendazole appear to work differently. Researchers have investigated their potential ability to: 📌 Block glucose transporters on cancer cells 📌 Reduce the cell's ability to use glucose as fuel 📌 Interfere with pathways associated with tumor growth Think about that. Different compounds. Different mechanisms. The same goal. That's why scientists continue publishing study after study. Not because these compounds are a fad. Because researchers keep uncovering new biological pathways worth investigating. And that's why the conversation around Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, and Mebendazole continues to grow. 💊 If you’re looking into these drugs, check out Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, and Mebendazole from RXMEDS.STORE. #Ivermectin #Fenbendazole #Mebendazole #CancerResearch #CancerStemCells #RepurposedDrugs #CancerBiology #RxMeds
