Supreme Court Again Rejects Trump Appeal in $5 Million E. Jean Carroll Case The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined for a second time to hear President Donald Trump’s appeal of the $5 million civil verdict in favor of E. Jean Carroll. A jury previously found him liable for sexual abuse and defamation, though it did not find that he raped her as she had alleged. The case centered on Trump’s 2022 statements in which he called Carroll’s claim a “hoax” and a “con job.” Carroll has since collected nearly $5.63 million, including interest. A separate $83.3 million defamation verdict against Trump remains under possible Supreme Court review. The case itself was enabled by a law change that many say was done specifically so Trump could be sued in this civil matter. Many also feel the outcome and penalty was excessive given the lack of evidence. But in civil matters such as this case the standards are much lower. Super important: Don’t let the Harris/Walz chaos distract you from that the same Democrats that funded E. Jean Carroll’s case against Trump, are funding the one against RFK Jr. in New York currently. If RFK loses this case he will most likely be taken off every ballot throughout the U.S. The case is questioning whether RFK can claim he’s a New York resident like he did in order to get ballot access in New York. Yes, something that trivial and pointless could be manipulated in a way to prevent RFK from being on your ballot this fall. A no jury trial in New York, and complete weaponization of the justice system from the Democrats once again. We need to raise as much awareness about this insanity as we can. RFK should be out campaigning now that he’s finally done gathering signatures but instead he’s battling a case proving his residence in a state who’s taxes he pays and every single license he has is registered with.

Ukrainian anti-corruption authorities claim Yermak was involved in laundering 460 million hryvnias (about $10 million). According to NABU and SAPO, the case involves a luxury real estate scheme near Kyiv through which funds were allegedly funneled as part of an organized criminal group. SAPO is requesting either detention or bail set at 180 million hryvnias (about $4.5 million). The first part of the hearing will be held behind closed doors. I know that if you are social media star like Paige Spiranac you are under the microscope. If you play in a televised million dollar internet golf tournament more so. But to say she’s a cheat is a joke. All she is doing is identifying her golf ball. It’s allowed. No grass was broken, it was moved to the side and flicked back once she knew it was hers. The clickbait angles the online crew try and find to keep this pot boiling should not be at the expense of someone’s reputation. Paige is a solid, honourable and upstanding woman of integrity and a great golfer too. End of conversation. Move on. 💪🏼

This morning, two regime MPs physically attacked and beat a Georgian citizen having a breakfast with his wife at an Abu Dhabi resort. They also threaten him "you'll come back to Tbilisi and see." Yesterday a Georgian, Lasha Gabitashvili, confronted GD MPs Irakli Zarkua and Viktor Sanikidze for treason at an Abu Dhabi resort. Everyone back in Georgia laughed at them, and especially at Sanikidze, who failed to stand up for Zarkua and kept silent as Gabitashvili swore at him - a very unmanly behaviour, especially that the regime thrives on so- called "traditional" and "macho" culture. This morning, as Gabitashvili had breakfast together with his wife, the two MPs, accompanied by their families, physically attacked him. Zarkua is in a white shirt, dark hair. Sanikidze is white shirt, tall, grey. Gabitashvili is in a red shirt. Gabitashvili keeps swearing at them for being traitors and Russia sellouts after the attack. In a separate video, he said he's unafraid of their threats and that every Georgian who isn't yet jailed enjoys freedom by a mere chance, and that anyone can be jailed at any moment. He called the UAE police. The regime MPs were there to enjoy a Coldplay concert. Is Trump’s Truth Social post ft. the Obamas racist? Yes & no Trump posted a video about election integrity, which accidentally included a Lion King meme video ft. Barack and Michelle Obamas as monkeys. I believe that Lion King meme video (see full video in replies) to be intentionally racist, but this post by Trump seems to be an accidental scroll (or auto scroll) while screen recording the election integrity video. BUT it is still reprehensible for the President of the United States/his team to allow this mistake to happen. People can say, “Well, Joe Biden is a monkey in that video too”, but I don’t believe that excuses depicting the Obamas, right off the bat, as monkeys. So no, I don’t believe Trump to be racist, or intentionally meant to share something racist. But yes, the LK video is racist, imo. Again, Trump puts himself and his base in a bad spot because of something stupid posted on social media. I believe the post has been taken down, but it should be apologized for.

🐾 Exclusive: Puppy abuse caught on camera but questions over official investigation linger Iredell County, North Carolina — After receiving several emails from people familiar with the situation, we looked into a troubling video involving a dog named Goose. The footage, said to be from a security camera at the individual's home, allegedly shows Frederick Marsian of Troutman , North Carolina using extreme “discipline” including manhandling the dog and using a taser after the dog reportedly got into the trash. Sources claim this was not an isolated incident and say he has previously gotten rid of other dogs, including a puppy and a German shepherd, and has used a taser on animals multiple times. Sources say three dogs live in the home with Marsian and girlfriend Madison Harmon, who reportedly claims Goose, in the video, is her dog. The other animals reportedly include a puppy rescued from a Walmart parking lot and a blue heeler mix named Winnie, said to have been given to Marsian by his mother. The young puppy was allegedly left in a crate for more than 14 hours at a time with minimal food and water. Marsian has reportedly said the sheriff had already checked on the dog and that there would be no consequences. Now we're hearing from sources that the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office said the incident could potentially be treated as a misdemeanor and that they are now looking into the situation. 🐶 Let's make sure that this dog gets justice. The woman accusing Conor McGregor of rape was chilling with him just 30 minutes after she claims the sexual assault happened. 🙄 She didn’t run to the numerous police officers in the arena. She didn’t phone 911. She didn’t ask bystanders for help. What does she do? Two days later she retains an attorney and starts demanding money. Shocker. Listen to me. ANY woman who falsely accuses a man of abuse, rape, etc. should be sentenced to the SAME AMOUNT OF TIME that an otherwise guilty man would have to serve. That should be the standard. Too many women weaponize and exploit the system to effectively destroy mens reputations. Whether it’s to manipulate a divorce, sway a custody battle, or financial gain. Not only does shit like this ruin mens lives, it adds scrutiny to the credibility of real victims. The worst part about it?
