Rejoinder by Nelson Havi. I know my application will be dismissed. I also know the petitions will be allowed. It is so because there can never be justice when Judges sue me before other Judges instead of subjecting themselves to the JSC. Nonetheless, I must fight for the record.

But the Church must respect the rights of all people. The principle of presumption of innocence until proven guilty also is true in the Church.
