Unless the majority are awake, nothing will ever change. This is why disclosure is so important. This is why waking people up is so important. It has exponential impact. You wake 1 person up and they go on to wake 2, and so on. Don't ever let anyone discourage you from doing just this. These people aren't for us. They are against us. Yes you can change one law in your community but what good will it do when your entire community or state is still overrun by the forces of Masonic darkness? Come take a drive through Massachusetts. The potholes in this state are so deep, so massive, so absolutely destructive that your stomach drops like you just went off a cliff. Your life flashes before your eyes... the whole thing... every moment... and you haven't even left your neighborhood yet. You drop into one of these craters and your hood nosedives straight down... pointed right at the pits of hell... and you're gaining speed, praying, wondering if this is how it ends. Then somehow you scrape across the bottom and slam into the other side, and now your car is violently lurching upward trying to claw its way out, hood shooting ninety degrees vertical, pointing straight at the full moon like you're about to leave the atmosphere. The whole car finally comes crashing back down on the pavement and you're just sitting there... shaking... checking to make sure your spine is still connected. How my tires have survived this year is honestly a miracle. A blessing from the man upstairs. Nobody can explain it. The roads are a disaster. A total disaster. And somehow we just keep driving on them like it's normal. It's not normal.

Monday Mental Heath Motivation. Been a reallllllly dark, shitty, gray week between my ears and have been told by several friends they had similar sad, gray week as well. Many, including me, for zero reason. Nothing triggered it. When the gray hits LEAN INTO YOUR RITUALS!!! It’s easy to push them off for another day but when you’re gray is dark that’s exactly when you NEED to lean into the rituals that act as your way or fighting back. This morning I: Sauna, 24 minutes Red light therapy, 24 minutes Cold plunge, 5 minutes Breath work 10 minutes Meditation, 10 minutes Beach walk with Rosie and Renee and dogs, where we saw a bunch of sea lions playing so that was pretty cool Stairs run Workout at gym I can either stay in bed and let the gray kick my ass or I can fight back. Always choose to fight back, your choice to make. Start by leaning into your rituals. Love yall. I wish i knew this years ago. I've had one shoulder surgery already, and refused to do another becuase the recovery was so brutal...and now that i'm doing this...thank goodness that I didnt! Your shoulder pain might have a free solution. And it sounds almost too simple to be true. Hanging from a bar. According to Wolff's Law, you can actually change the shape of a bone based on the degree of mechanical loading.
