In May 2025 I went on a show and said "you cannot be bullish enough on gold." Gold was $3,300. Today it's knocking on $5,000. That's 50% in nine months. The gold miners ETF finished 2025 up 155%. Junior miners up 178%. But I'm not here to gloat. I'm here to tell you the thesis hasn't changed. Not one bit. People keep asking me: "George, when are you turning bearish on gold?" I'll turn bearish on gold when I can turn bullish on the value of money. I'll turn bearish on gold when governments start running sensible monetary policy. I'll turn bearish on gold when the US budget deficit isn't running at nearly 7% of GDP. Show me any of those things happening right now. YOU CAN'T The price of gold isn't going up. The value of money is going down. Gold is just the mirror. And here's what still gets me excited: Gold miners are realizing prices near $5,000 an ounce with all-in sustaining costs around $1,600. That's $3,000+ per ounce in margin. The earnings surprises coming out of the next few quarters are going to be massive. Major gold stocks are trading at 10x earnings. Meanwhile, American retail investors still haven't shown up. ETF holdings are lower than they were years ago. This entire rally has been driven by central banks and institutions. When US retail finally arrives, that's when it gets really interesting. If you look at gold relative to inflation, money supply, or GDP, numbers like $6,000, $8,000, even $10,000 aren't fantasy. You don't need to believe in a Banana Republic scenario to own gold miners. You just need to believe the fiscal trajectory of every major government is unsustainable.

NEW: 13-year-old Australian boy swims for four hours in cold and dangerous waters to save his mom and siblings who were swept into the ocean, says God is who got him to shore. The family was on kayaks & paddleboards when they were swept about 2.5 miles out to sea. After a conversation with his mother, Austin Appelbee decided he would swim back to shore to find help. Appelbee says he prayed throughout the four-hour swim and told God he would get baptized if he made it out alive. "I don't think it was actually me [swimming]... It was God the whole time. I kept on praying, kept on praying. I said to God, 'I'll get baptized.'" "The waves are massive, and I have no life jacket on… I just kept thinking 'just keep swimming, just keep swimming,'" he said. "And then I finally made it to shore, and I hit the bottom of the beach, and I just collapsed." Appelbee says when he got to shore, he had to sprint for about a mile to find help. According to AP, the family drifted 9 miles from Quindalup and spent 10 hours in the water. When he reached the shore, Appelbee alerted authorities, who then sent out a helicopter to find his mom, 12-year-old brother, and 8-year-old sister. I “Told on Everybody” | Why Calling the Police After Prison Isn’t Simple ⚖️👀🇺🇸 I just dropped this video because people keep asking why it took me so long to finally walk into a police station and file what I filed. It wasn’t just about gathering evidence. It was also about undoing what prison does to your mind. In prison, talking to law enforcement, or even being perceived as talking to law enforcement, can get you hurt. I watched men get stabbed. I watched men get smashed with locks. I watched violence happen over rumors, assumptions, and misunderstandings. So when you come home, you’re conditioned to keep your mouth shut and handle things quietly, even when you know something is wrong. That doesn’t just switch off because you’re “free.” It takes time. It took me time. Today I walked into that back room with an investigator and I’ll be honest, it was nerve-racking. There was a shake in me because my brain still remembers what it felt like to be snatched up and shipped across the country, and never know if you’re coming back. And here’s the part that hurts the most. This involves a business I built and cared about deeply. But I can’t be associated with wrongdoing, and I’m not going to carry the weight of what other people chose to do. I’ve got employees reaching out confused, upset, laid off, asking what’s going on. Admin Post: They're finally plowing our street!! Of course there's no way I'm going to skip this opportunity to do some desensitization work with Kenji. He's a very confident puppy but those plows are big and loud. From a distance they didn't bother him but as they approached the driveway he became visibly nervous. Asking him to sit and watch isn't going to help that. Neither is retreating back into the house. Instead we move a few feet back and play a game of hand targets (I hold my hand out in various positions, changing from high to low and left to right, and when cued, he pushes it with his nose) and toss his treat a few feet away he does it. He also gets paid for eye contact so when he focuses on me he gets a reward. He still watches, but he's no longer fixated on it. He offers eye contact and will stop watching it when cued for a "push". The little "wins" of getting the reward are a huge confidence builder in an uncomfortable environment. Much more than just having him stand there being fed to keep him distracted from the uncomfortable stimuli. If he can't do a hand target on cue and isn't checking in with eye contact even when his name is said, he isn't choosing to ignore me. It means the situation is too stimulating for him so we back up to give him more space. Confidence isn't approaching big scary things (or even small scary things) barking and acting like we'll chase them away or eat them. The majority of the time dogs exhibit that behavior, it's fear based. Confidence is being able to function and not become overwhelmed in situations that are different and sometimes uncomfortable. That's our goal. And on that note, I can finally get out of the driveway to get tomatoes!

Upheaval may finally be making its way into Diablo 4 Season 14 👀🔥 I was able to push Pit 125 with it on the PTR, and that's something I wouldn't have expected from Upheaval in previous seasons. This has traditionally been a Core skill that lagged well behind the top Barbarian builds, but the new systems and setup options have allowed it to push far beyond its previous limits. So far, it's looking surprisingly strong. 📋 Current Planner: ⚠️ Please keep in mind this planner is still under construction and PTR testing is ongoing. We'll get the final patch notes the week before Season 14 launches, and I'll be updating the build again after that.
