Tom Krikorian ᯅ and I were the main engineers working on this exciting project, and we used RealityKit, Swift and SwiftUI. The first thing I tried was to make a side-by-side comparison, but I could hardly notice any difference. Here… 17 years ago, I had just closed on my First house at age 29 the week of my birthday(10/22) so it became a 30th birthday present to myself! Funny thing about this in that same week before i moved in a nicca tried to take my gud pusci and my life (10/14/07)ohhhh BUT GOD ‼️‼️‼️ Anyways……I fully furnished my new HOME in the first month because business had begun to blossom for me!! At the time i was vlogging my Day to Day routine not only to inspire myself to continue to Reach for what was said i couldn’t achieve but to also have digital footprints for others who were counted out! In 8 days i will be welcoming in my 48th Birthday and that old House is Now becoming a safe haven for system impacted Black Trans Women known as the @tsmadisonstarterhouse Thank you Lord for All the journeys of my life and for allowing it to save others 💕 Pretty lil young Thang building her legacy……..

Big Tech's $1 trillion AI moat just got DESTROYED by a free Chinese download. Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and Meta are pouring fortunes into chips and data centers because they have been told that whoever builds the biggest model wins, and that lead becomes a fortress no one can cross. Last week a lab called Zhipu - it trades in Hong Kong as Knowledge Atlas Technology - released a model called GLM-5.2 and destroyed that idea in a single afternoon. It's open weights under an MIT license, which means anyone on earth can download it and build on it for free. On the coding and design benchmarks that actually matter, it went toe to toe with the best models America has - matching even Anthropic's Mythos-class work and beating OpenAI's flagship outright on the coding test everyone watches. And it does the work at roughly one-sixth the price. ONE-SIXTH And barely a year and a half ago a model called DeepSeek did the same thing and wiped the better part of $600 billion off Nvidia in a single session. This was only the first chapter. You cannot dig a moat around something your competitor is happy to give away. If 95% of frontier capability is free, open, and runs at a fraction of the cost, then the hundreds of billions being spent to defend the last 5% is NOT a moat. And now for the irony: The company that just proved the moat is worthless is itself the single most absurd valuation I have seen in a long career of watching absurd valuations. Zhipu did about $105 million in revenue last year and lost more than 4x what it took in. This week the market handed it a value of roughly $128 billion - at the peak, north of a 1,000x sales - on a float so thin that barely 4% of the stock actually trades. THINK about this... A company drowning in losses, doing 9 figures of revenue, priced like it does hundreds of billions, with almost nothing available to sell. So we now have a bubble in China detonating the entire justification for a bubble in America. Two manias pointed straight at each other. This is the lesson I've spent 45 years trying to beat into people. You can ignore valuation for a long time but you cannot ignore it forever. A moat story sold a trillion dollars of spending, a free download just exposed it, and the company that exposed it is priced for a fantasy of its own. When the picks-and-shovels crowd loses its monopoly on the picks, you want to be very careful what you are paying for the shovels. Numbers don't lie. Shoutout to Limitless - they were onto this story before almost anyone on Wall Street. One of the sharpest AI shows out there.

Women and Equalities Minister Bridget Phillipson was doing the usual ministerial routine about the Simon Levy case: the seriousness, the horror, how she has “lost count” of the times she’s had to talk about another shocking failure, how she’s “had enough” of the endless “lessons need to be learned” script. Anna Foster refused the soft landing and delivered a blunt reality check: “You can’t come onto the programme and say to women: We are keeping you safe. We are doing everything we can to keep you safe. You’re unable to say that. Which must be a personal disappointment to you.” Phillipson was forced into a moment of honesty: in this case, women were left at risk, women were murdered and abused by a man who should never have been on the streets. There is “no getting away from that”. Exactly. You cannot spend years claiming your government is doing “everything” to protect women and girls, then admit in the same breath that a known, escalating sex offender was repeatedly bailed, poorly monitored, and free to rpe and kill. Simon Levy received a whole-life sentence this week for murdering two women and rping a third in 2025, all while on bail for prior sexual assaults. Police had flagged the danger. Courts still released him. Multiple failures across the Met, CPS and probation system. Yet the ministerial language remains the same soft script of regret and “we take this seriously”. Foster refused to let the platitudes stand. That is how these interviews should work. More of this, please.

The track and video had been debuted six weeks earlier during Live Aid, the benefit concert organised by Bob Geldof and Midge Ure to raise further funds for the relief of the famine in Ethiopia. The video, which, like the song, had been recorded and filmed in thirteen hours, only fourteen days earlier, was shown just before Bowie took to the stage at Wembley Stadium. The making of the video was documented at the time, but that footage has mainly remained unseen until today. The new 4K video for the Steve Thompson Mix remix of the track features behind-the-scenes footage from the late-night shoot at Spillers Millennium Mills in the East End of London. The single version of the song was released on 27th August, with all the proceeds benefiting famine relief. It topped the UK Singles Chart for four weeks and reached No. 7 in the United States on the Billboard Hot 100. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of ”Dancing In The Street,” a limited edition white vinyl 12" is available now, bringing together every one of the song's mixes for the first time. As with the original, 30% of the retail price from the sale of this single, representing royalties and proceeds, will be donated to the Band Aid Charitable Trust by David Bowie, Mick Jagger and Parlophone Records. Talking about the collaboration today, Mick Jagger comments ‘’We had such a laugh doing ‘Dancing in the Street’ with both the song recorded in the studio and the video done in one day. Remarkable how we pulled it off really. The video is hilarious to watch now. We enjoyed camping it up and trying to impersonate each other’s moves, making it up as we went along. It was the only time David and myself collaborated on anything, which is a real shame.” Speaking about the song and video at the time, Bowie said “We thought about it on a Thursday night and we just went through a bunch of old songs and thought that ‘Dancing’ was one we both knew very well and then we went into the studio between 7 and 11 on Saturday night and then we went over to the Docklands and shot the video for the rest of the night so we did the whole thing in ten hours, it was great.” He also talked about the spirit of Live Aid, saying “Everybody out there who sent money in, you’re the real heroes because it’s easy for me to go up there and sing some songs, but it’s much harder for you to give money and not be recognised.
