To be fair, and as a Christian, we know that many of the early Christian customs were rooted in paganism. Christians explain this by saying the first were in hiding and needed to blend in to escape detection and execution. That may well be true but you can’t blame other religions with similar roots. I believe paganism is a reflection of human nature and in faith we reject it and worship the Creator God and his son Jesus Christ. Other Abrahamaic religions reject Christ but we all recognize God as the father.
