Terror in the name of the Kanwar cannot be tolerated. A school van carrying little children was targeted and vandalized. The government must either arrest those responsible and send them to jail or dismiss the Superintendent of Police responsible for maintaining law and order. This was a horrifying incident.

These individuals — and those responsible for enabling them — must face real consequences. Today it’s reckless driving; tomorrow it could cost someone their life.
