I know that #ZhouKeyu has been portrayed as having a tragic life, but not this tragic. who put onions here? 😭 His childhood experience really sounds so rough. Zhou Keyu was born in the US at a time when his parents were going through a divorce. His father reportedly didn’t even want him. He was put in an incubator right after birth and even his name wasn’t given by his parents. It was a pastor who gave him the english name Daniel. His parents don’t care about him when he got lost at 4 yo. He was burned by fire at the age of 7, caused semi-permanent damage in scalp. His childhood was basically spent in neglect. He only saw his mother 3 times a year. No one really took care of him. Not until his older brother started working and brought him to Beijing to live, giving him a more normal environment to grow up in.
