Stop begging you midget 🐀. Abide by international laws and seek partnership with your neighbors. Simple as that.

How naive and arrogant you must be to once again seek access to the sea, despite already having established routes through Djibouti, Berbera and Mombasa. Moreover, additional access could be obtained without jeopardising any nation's sovereignty. Your country is landlocked, and regardless of its population size Owning a port will never be a feasible option. Period!

Fool. Posturing and war. That’s all you can. Oops, my fault - you also can serve the UAE. That’s all. Clown 🤡

Recognise #Somaliland Then you will have access in the sea, also you will keep on eye Egyptians What they doing in failed state of Somalia

A great speech from a great leader! Africa is a continent of diversity, beauty, culture, and strength. Our unity in diversity is our greatest power. The future of Africa is bright!

Thank you, Abiy Ahmed Ali, for a powerful and forward-looking vision that speaks to Africa’s sovereignty, shared prosperity, and human-centered development.

❌😬So what if you are 130M we don’t care if you’re 130B Population size is not a legal argument &never has been.Numbers don’t erase borders, sovereignty,or international law. Access is something negotiated through respect soverignity treaties, payment, not something U demanded‼

At the 39th African Union Summit, Abiy Ahmed delivered a masterclass in inspirational branding — Africa rising, Africa leading, Africa innovating. Beautiful words. Shame they’re competing with documented realities at home. While you spoke of dignity and sovereignty, reports from the United Nations continue to detail arbitrary detentions, extrajudicial killings, and mass displacement across multiple regions. Apparently, in the new definition of “African solutions,” accountability is optional and press releases are mandatory. You praised unity and constitutional order, yet emergency powers, communication shutdowns, and sweeping arrests have become governing tools rather than last resorts. Even Freedom House still classifies Ethiopia as “Not Free” — not exactly the democratic renaissance advertised from the podium in Addis Ababa. When courts lack independence, journalists face intimidation, and opposition figures cycle between prison cells and courtrooms, that’s not a complex transition — that’s a credibility gap wide enough to need its own infrastructure project. What you should have said is simple: “Before lecturing a continent on digital futures and sovereign pride, we will guarantee due process, release political prisoners held without charge, and allow independent investigations into wartime abuses.” Because real leadership isn’t measured by applause inside summit halls — it’s measured by whether citizens can speak, organize, and live without fear once the microphones are off. Until then, the PR is continental — but the reality is painfully local.

With you, not only Ethiopia shines, but all of Africa shines like its sun. You are our Hope, Dignity, and Wisdom; you transmit peace, Love, Humility, Humanity, and Generosity. True greatness isn't about not having problems, but about how you respond when things go wrong. If they doubt you once, win repeatedly to embitter the lives of those who hate you because they can't reach you. Cross the finish line as always and work miracles because you can. Don't explain your success to those who expect your failure; keep running until your result is the only reality they can accept. And if they doubt you, win two or more times because you have talent and wisdom. You don't need secret technology to win because you yourself are a miracle for society. I tell you, as always, I thank God for giving me the opportunity to see in life the Leader I have dreamed of having in my homeland, which is Ethiopia. You have made us proud. That Ethiopia that was poor and underdeveloped no longer exists; it's a thing of the past. It's history. With your leadership, we have brought development, electricity, peace, unity, dignity, respect, greatness, humility, and generosity to the world. Thank you so much for your tireless efforts to change Africa. I wish you all the best, good health, a long life, and that your dreams come true. May God bless you.

The African Union must be transferred from Addis Ababa, which has become unworthy to host the headquarters of the African Union There are countries that do not have the ambitions of colonialism and expansion at the expense of its neighbors deserve to host the #African_Union

Abiy threatening the world with war unless he gets a soverign seq access is like a 2 year old threatinibg to break the glass because he cant have the ball. While Abiy and the two year old are the same, the consequences of Abiy's tantrum will be devastating!

No neighboring country has denied Ethiopia access to the sea; transit rights already exist under international agreements. What was publicly mentioned in Parliament was a request for a 50 km stretch of coastline, including space for a military base, which is not the same as commercial port access but a sovereign territorial issue. Building a naval headquarters while framing the matter as purely economic naturally raises questions about strategic intent. Meanwhile, local media propagandists claiming that neighbors are violating international law are misleading the public; international law guarantees transit access for landlocked states, not entitlement to another country’s land. Economic challenges are real, but sovereignty is not negotiable through pressure or propaganda. If the objective is trade, pursue transparent agreements-don’t blur the line between access and acquisition or confuse the international community with distorted narratives.

Hopefully you learned something today from the Prime Minister of Italy @GiorgiaMeloni . “Cooperate” comes from the Latin co-operari, meaning “to work together.” Cooperation means mutual respect and partnership. If you look down on others, you are not cooperating. If you try to undermine their ports or weaken their security, you are not cooperating. Real cooperation is about trust, stability, and shared benefit. We hope you reflect on that lesson today.

Thank you Dr. Abiy Ahemd

Abiy is a great African and the union of Africa is a beautiful thing to witness, together Africa will rise beyond all others and be a beacon of hope and resilience

It is time to move the organization to another African capital, such as Gaborone in Botswana 🇧🇼. Ethiopia is still plagued by a lack of democracy, repeated civil wars, not to mention famines.

Ethiopia welcomes its African brothers and sisters with open arms and genuine warmth.

Ethiopia( Potemkin party)What does Ethiopia want from neighboring countries☝️🇸🇴🇩🇯🇪🇷🇸🇩?The country wants sea access. ? The country wants a military base.?There is no real action from the African Union or the United Nations They meet, they talk but they do nothing. They dont ask him

Beautiful speech. It’s easy to talk against others. Try to be in he’s shoes and reach the same results, before talking nonsenses. What Ethiopia has achieved, is great and there will always those who have something against, but the facts, speak and that’s inevitable. #riseafrica
